Chapter 5 - The Janitor in the Lab

- Storyteller Perspective-

Steward Brown is a 37-year-old man who worked as a janitor at Neptune Labs. He has often experienced abuse from his father in the past, that made the mother too frightened to do something about it. Growing up he had difficulties with trust and socializing, though at the same time he missed that father figure he needed as a child but could never get. Talking about his problems was not an option, due to his family situation. Instead of opening up, he drowns himself into alcoholism and anger. This was the reason why his ex-wife divorced him and took away his only son. He always screamed at his wife and took out his anger on her, but his son he spared. He knows how it would feel for him if he did. Steward loves his son more that anything else, and he loves Steward aswell. That is only because he was never there when his mother got screamed at or verbally abused by him.

One day at work, as he was swiping the floor, he slipped off and banged his head on a button that opens a cell which has radioactive slime in it, causing the cell to open and the slime to envelop his body. Eventually the slime managed to take full controll, putting Steward in enorm pain . He lost his consciousness.
Hours later he woke up and found the lab severely vandalized. He had no memory of what has happened earlier. Stewie did everything he could, but the damage was too big to fix.

The next morning the police was alarmed to arrest Steward. The security could have checked the cams earlier, but they fell asleep.

A few months later he was allowed to visit his family, so he had the idea to go fishing with his son. His ex-wife however did not like that idea and simply forbid Steward to visit her or his son. Lol. This was were he lost it. The now unemployed dad ran away to the park where his anger made the slime come out again. Steward screamed at the top of his lungs, causing the people around him to stare. They watched the green liquid attach to his back and control him like a puppet. It came out of everywhere: His mouth, his nostrils, his ears.... Everyone was shocked and tried to run away but at that time it already turned him into a green wobbly monster two times his size. People were hurt, buildings were damaged, cars were broken until the police finally arrived. They shot at him but it wasn't enough to kill "it". Although "it" had enough and dissapeared. Then only Steward body was to be seen, lying on the floor unconscious.
