So Spiderman doesn't show up until Civil War but since Sarah will go to Midtown High she will also meet Peter. Peter was not bitten yet but he and Sarah will become friends. In this world he will show up earlier.
Now they already made comics of Spiderman but like 30 years ago and they are not so famous yet, there is like 4 in this world.
