Book 4 Chapter 24 (The New Normal)

A/N - I decided to try to wrap up this book sooner rather than later, next chapter will be the last one in book 4 before we move on to book 5, this chapter and the next one won't be as 'Story Heavy' as the last few chapters. These are more setting up future stories that will happen. 

Also again if anyone has any characters from Taimanin Extended Universe or Senran Kagura that they want to see in the story then just tell me their names and i'll look into it.

Also this chapter will help set up some new interactions with some more Taimanin Characters one being Carla Cromwell (Thanks Fusrodah210 for bringing her back to my attention) I was looking for a character to use in a specific way and she is beyond a perfect fit.

Also fun Fact this is overall Part 99 on this book. So yeah. We're coming up on the big 100.

Crimson HQ - Christmas Eve

With everything that had happened you felt like a new person returning back to Crimson HQ. You had all left the island the prior day and everyone returned back to their usual lives. However with Christmas tomorrow you all had the time off from work.
Thankfully the Spa you worked at was closed until after the new year.
Shinganji Kurenai had the time off too because the nursery was closed for winter break.
The Office where Makishima Ayame worked was again closed over Christmas.
Aina decided to take time off contracts for a few days.
Felicia had apparently had a job at a Maid Cafe which she said was closed. 
Homura and Niko's Squads both worked in the Cafe where you had worked previously only for it to be closed over Christmas, mainly due to Haruka deciding to drug the owner for who knows how many times now

With it currently being Christmas Eve you were sat finishing up wrapping everyone's presents. Truth be told it had cost you a small fortune due to how many people you got presents for but it was worth it, 100%. The only thing that you needed was a gift for Hestia since you didn't exactly expect to save her when you set out after Fubuki. So you finished up your jobs for the day and headed out towards the Shinobi mall. Afterall while it was dangerous for a renegade like you to go out in public like this you HAD to get her gift today, and you had an idea. Plus you were a Yoma God, worst case scenario you eat the red orb in your pocket, transform and use your full power to escape. 
You had to keep the reason for your trip a secret, due to Hestia living with you all in Crimson HQ now. She was unpacking her stuff into her room, a room you all had to create in the spare room of the cave due to all of the other small caverns being used for varying purposes. 

You discretely told Haruka and Homura what you were up to, in that you had to go get Hestia a gift. The two girls agreed to distract her and they walked off to go help her set up her room, allowing you to slip out without fear of Hestia noticing you had snuck out. 

Asakusa Streets 

While you were walking towards the Shinobi Mall you took in the beautiful scenery around you. People were spending time with their loved ones just before the Christmas period, you ended up stopping by a fast food place and ordering your breakfast there since you hadn't ate yet. After ordering your food. After getting your breakfast you quickly left the shop heading towards the mall. Though soon you sat down on a bench and started to eat your breakfast. As you did so you were stuck in thought. Still trying to wrap your head around your past. That was when you saw a family stood outside of a store window. They were poor, that much was obvious. They were dressed in cheep clothes, there was a Husband and Wife along with a son and daughter. The two children were looking at a toy in the store window with the parents upset that they couldn't get this toy for their children. Feeling for them you walked over to the family and walked into the store, bought the toy and gave it to the family, it wasn't much just some dolls that were around the same height as a small child. They all were shocked by you doing this but you left before they could properly thank you. Truth be told you were jealous of them, while they may have been a poor family... You didn't exactly have a family life like that. You just wanted to do something for a family that loved each other so much, call it your good deed for the day.
