Natalie looks at the clothes Louis left out for her with a smile, a pair of his gray sweatpants and a light blue hoodie. She slowly dresses herself and puts her hair up in a messy bun before sliding on some socks and the matching Adidas slides she and Louis both have.

Louis walks out of the bathroom of their hotel room in a similar comfortable outfit, but with a red hoodie instead, their matching slides, and his hair tucked into a black beanie. He looks cuddly and cute and she thinks she might just melt into the floor.

"Hi baby, you look cute," Natalie coos stepping closer to him.

He flushes from the compliment and tries to hide his face. "You look better," he says, moving to hold her by the hips at arms length and look at her.

"Not," she kisses him, "Even," she kisses him again, "Possible." She pulls back with a slightly aggressive smack of their lips and gives him a smile a mile wide. "You going to tell me where we're going handsome?" She tries asking.

"Lovie please, I can't handle all these compliments. You're making me blush," he whines.

"Sorry, I can't stop," she shrugs. "You're too lovely."

He brings her closer and kisses her cheek a few times before mumbling into her skin, "I'm still not telling you. It's a suprise."

She huffs but follows him anyway when he holds a hand out to her and sneaks her out the door. They're not technically supposed to leave, but Louis bribed security. With his affinity for making sure to keep his girlfriend safe, he has a couple of them follow to make sure they're both okay, but it's just fun to pretend they're sneaking around.

When they make it downstairs, Natalie looks around for their typical car and driver, but she's met with a pick up truck.

"Lou? Where's the car?" She asks with a smile on her face, she really has no idea where this is going.

"Honey, do we need to get your eyes checked?" He jokes and turns her head to the side with a gentle hand on her chin. "You're looking at it."

Natalie smile grows even wider when Louis opens the door for her and she sees the front row is connected so it's all one seat. "You're driving?" She asks as she slides in and thanks him.

He nods at her before happily rushing over to his side of the truck and climbing in. He pouts when he looks at her. "What are you doing all the way over there?" He questions and grabs her by the hips to pull her into the middle seat. He reaches over to secure her seatbelt for her, "There," he sighs as he wraps an arm around her shoulder, "Much better."

"Thank you boyfriend. You're always quite the gentleman," she says, slightly teasing and slightly over the moon for how protective and loving her boyfriend is.

They're in the car for only about 10 minutes before they turn onto a dirt road that catches Natalie's attention. In excitement and curiosity she leans forward to investigate, subconsciously tightening her grip on Louis' thigh.

She's brought back to reality when he shifts and clears his throat. She gives him a sly smile and decides to move her hand to play with the hair at the base of his neck instead.

The end of the dirt road leads into a giant field with lots of other trucks parked and people in the beds of the trucks. She's about to question in when she see's a giant white screen and gasps. "A drive in movie? I've never been to one," she says excitedly.

"I've seen them all the time in films and always wanted to go. I figured there's no one I'd rather try it with," he says with a smile as he puts his arm around her shoulder and backs the car into an empty spot.

He's so smooth.

She sees their appointed security for the night back into the spots on either side of them to give a bit more privacy from potentially being spotted by fans. It's comforting and she's glad she has Louis mostly to herself.

When their truck comes to a stop. She's immediately closes the small gap that's between them  and captures his lips. "I love this idea," she says as she pulls back.

"Got blankets and pillow too, want to make sure you're comfortable," he says, wrapping his arms around her waist.

"Always comfortable with you," she says, nuzzling her head in his neck.

"Hm, that because you treat me like your own personal pillow," he teases.

"The best pillow," she says kissing his cheeks.

Louis lets Natalie arrange all the pillows and blankets, claiming she's better at organizing things, which even though its true she thinks he's just being a bit lazy. She can't complain though, he did plan this entire night for them.

Once she deems it perfect, Louis climbs up into the bed of the truck, helps her up, and then immediately pulls her into his chest.

She huffs out a laugh as she falls down a bit ungracefully, but smiles up at him anyway. They share some lazy kisses as they wait for the movie to start. Talking in whispers for no good reason other than to keep up with the feeling that they're in their own little bubble.

That's kind of what these last few months have felt like to her, a bubble. In a way, moving into the house with the boys created its own kind of separation from the world, but then being with Louis made her not want anything else in the world, effectively creating a little bubble that revolved around him. Now that their on the road and she's sharing him with the world, it's nice to feel that peacefulness again.

"Hey," Louis murmurs against her lips, bringing a hand up to brush her baby hairs away from her face, "I lost you."

She hums to acknowledge him, "Was thinking about you," she says lazily.

"Oh yeah? What about love?" He asks with a curious glint in his eye.

She sits up a bit to look at him better, resting on one of her forearms and the other hand on his chest. She goes a little shy, but decides to tell him the truth anyway. "You know how people say like this person is my whole world?" She says in a slightly silly voice to indicate what people usually say.

"Sure," he agrees with a shrug and brings his hand to gently rub her arm.

"I never got that until now," she says and he quirks a brow at her. "I don't know, maybe this is silly but like being with you makes me get how people say that. I don't look for anyone else when I'm with you, I feel like we've created this safe little bubble that for lack of better words is all consuming. Does that make sense?" She asks, feeling incredibly vulnerable in this realization.

"Yeah, it absolutely does," Louis agrees and she lets out a sigh of relief and plops back down on his chest. He welcomes her with open arms, holding her tightly to him. He presses a kiss to her forehead as she moves her leg up against his hips and he says, "You're my safe place too love."
