(Sun down..I'm up  1 hour version)

I ran out of Susans room in a hurry, she ran a lot faster than me in heels. I didn't want to repeat my accidental fall down the stairs again. That was so embarrassing.  We ran back down the alleyway and stood alongside the wall. We were at a good angle to see Robert, his mother and this mystery woman. She had  dark blonde and a  white cotton dress with tool underneath to layer it. I stared her down while Susan was trying to see her face.

"I can't quite see her face but I've never seen her before." Susan said.

"We need to get closer and hear the conversation." I said, turning back into the alleyway.

Susan stepped into the shade where I was. "isn't that a bit risky?" She asked, her eyebrows scrunched with a concerned look across her face.

"Isn't that what the disguises are for?" I asked.

Susan looked down at her dress and then took off her hat, "the sound of our voices." She said.

"Whisper then, and speak in a code!"

"A code?" She asked, thinking I was ridiculous.

"Yes! A code! Ugh I'm brilliant!" I was all happy, jumping around.

"Y/n,  um, why are you so happy?" She asked, looking concerned, still.

"Because I feel like a real life spy, like in those books!" I was all excited and then Susan decided to a spring a little fact-check on me, causing my smile to quickly be wiped off my face.

"Robert could be cheating y/n." Susan said.

I sighed, "we still need a code."

"Okay okay, fine, what kind of code."

"We shall speak in numbers and numbers only."

Susan looked me dead in the eye, "you're serious?"

Then she paused again, and quickly jerked her head down towards the ground. I heard footsteps behind me.

"Susan..what is it." I whispered.

I heard Robert's mother's voice behind me, "I'm so glad I found you Andrea, you're so much better than that little Susan girl. Did you know she helped that random girl that Robert found on the streets?"

"What girl on the streets?" Asked Andrea. (aun-drey-uh)  As the three of them slowly walked down the alleyway.

"Oh I don't even know her name, but what's the point, you're better than her and better than Susan. So who cares!" His mother said laughing.

He trailed behind, she turned around and went to grab his hand to hold it. He turned to his mother in time so Andrea couldn't hold his hand.  And also, luckily, they were ahead of us now. So we could watch them and just have to hope that they wouldn't look back.

Susan flipped Robert's mother off, I quickly pushed her arm down.

"Act natural! They could turn around!" I whispered.

"509 is going to be that they're nearby, 529 is going to be any sort of romantic action between the two of them."

"Ew." I said.

Susan laughed, "539 is going to be any of them walking our way, and 599 is going to be that we're caught. I hope we never have to use 599."

"We won't, we're super spies, remember?" I said, jokingly.

Susan smiled, "let's follow them, but let them turn the corner first.'

I nodded, as we kept down the alleyway.

(Suggested Soundtrack-Swan Lake) (Because It's so dramatic and this is a dramatic chapter)

We followed them back to Robert's mother's house. Creeping around like two actual spies. Susan walked a little infront of me, then slowly turned around with a shocked look.

"What..?" I asked, a little startled by how shocked she looked.

"I could've sworn I just heard the word marriage come up."

"Oh hell no." I said, speed walking towards them. Susan ran up behind me grabbing my arm.

"Y/n, no. We can't 599!"

I looked at her all confused, why was she speaking in--ooohhh wait that was my idea.

"Susan." I said.

"What!?" She asked, clearly worried that I was about to start throwing hands at Robert's Mother and Andrea.

"What does 599 mean again?" I asked.

"This was your goddamn idea! And it means get caught!"

The scream whispering wasn't loud enough.

"What?" I asked, leaning my ear towards her.

"GET CAUGHT!" She yelled.

Robert turned around at the corner and looked back at us.

I quickly looked down, grabbed Susan by the arm and ran out, my top hat falling off in the alleyway.

"Excuse me one moment." Robert said, walking down the long alleyway and picking up my top hat. Me and Susan had already been running down the next street over to get back to her house. While we were running down the street to Susan's house, I saw Kit wandering around.

"KIT?!" I yelled, in shock. What was she doing out of the hospital?

She was unknowingly  walking right infront of a carriage.

"KIT NO!" I ran out infront of the carriage and grabbed her, falling to the right side of the street, away from the carriage. The horse got scared and jumped, Kit was passed out, I pulled her away from the street just in time before the horse stumbled around enough to have hurt Kit. The horse then re directed itself and continued down the street. I held Kit in my arms.

"Not again!" I said, crying. There was a cut down her forehead.

"She can't lose anymore blood Susan! How did she even get out!?" I yelled, helplessly. Running into Susan's house with Kit in my arms.
