Meira's POV

As I kept on overthinking, I almost got lost in my thoughts. My attention was averted when Professor Percival chanted something and a huge magic circle surrounded us. Slowly, a crystal dome formed.

"Woah..." I gasped in wonder. Suddenly, a terrain formed around us, mountains, rivers, lakes, and forests. This is amazing and all but how did this happen?!

"This is a special training magic called mirage terrain. As you can see, a dome surrounded us and a terrain formed. It's just a temporary mirage that is convenient to train in different locations and scenarios. We are free to destroy things here as long as we don't go past the dome barrier." Zeke spoke from behind which startled me.

But now that he explained it, such magic is a genius idea! No wonder students here are well experienced and well trained. They have first-hand combat experience within the academy's walls.

"That's why we students of Atalante Academy can adapt to different terrains. It's nothing new to us." Everett added with confidence. It made me smile at how he is proud of our academy, I am proud of this academy too.

"Or maybe perhaps using training dummies is just useless with the power of your magic. But this is a great magic mechanism indeed." Al added in fascination. I don't know if that's a compliment or not but I'm sure Al is also fascinated since it's his first time seeing this too.

After a while, the terrain is finished appearing. Everything looks so realistic and accurate to a real one.

"Alright, everyone go ahead and train. The grims should spawn any time now." Professor said. My jaw dropped when he said that there are grims in here?!

"Oh, sorry for not saying it more clearly. The grims are also a part of the mirage, they should be able to act like one since their data are gathered from research." Professor Percival said full of enthusiasm. He seems proud of this magic mechanism as well.

"But ofcourse, you can get hurt too so please proceed with caution. Your Highnesses can start now." Professor said. Zeke and Everett then rushed towards the forest, until they disappeared from my sight.

"I'll see you later, Meira." Al bid his goodbye. Before he left, I held his hand.

"Be careful okay? Go on." I told him with a smile. He was a bit stunned but quickly left after nodding.

"Let's start now, Princess Meira." Professor Percival said and showed me to the fields. I looked at the gun Zeke gave me and I can't get over how beautiful it is. It must've been expensive...

"May I take a look at the gun?" The professor asked and I did what he asked. A magic circle showed up at his right eye. "Ohoh~ this gun has so many enchantments!"

Professor said in a fascinated tone. So the magic circle on his right eye can see enchantments on objects how cool!

"Really? What are they?" I asked in curiosity.

"There are... Wait!" Professor Percival gasped in shock. "There are hundreds of enchantments! I didn't expect it to be this plenty... Some of them are not even necessary for Prince Zachariah."

"R-really? That many? How is that possible..." I take a look at the gun once more. Something tells me that...

"It's as if it's made for you, Your Highness, from the design to the enchantments." Professor Percival smiled at me weirdly. He might misunderstand something.

"Yeah, the prince is just being thoughtful. Right Professor?" I said with an almost threatening tone. I also gave him a fake smile, I could tell that he started to feel nervous.
