After the Facetime conversation between Sam and Freddie, Sam reached out to Carly. She made up an excuse for breaking down in tears and ghosting her. She told Carly that she was afraid that she wasn't going to see her anymore because she'd be too busy hanging out with Griffin. She realized that she was overreacting and apologized for going MIA for a day. Carly accepted her apology and they moved on like it never happened.

It was now the middle of the week and things seemed to be back to normal. Carly, Sam, Freddie, and Gibby had just finished an episode of iCarly in the studio. They surprised the viewers and let them know that their next show would take place this weekend at the Seattle Motor Speedway. The gang would be live onsite hosting iCarly at the biggest race of the year, thanks to Griffin.

"I'm really excited to do iCarly at the Speedway, we have to make sure we come up with a killer show!" voiced Carly.

"Yeah, I bet we'll get more viewers than we ever have before," said Sam. "Mama also wants to ride one of the motorcycles."

"I'll talk to Griffin," said Carly. "I'm sure he'll let you borrow his."

While Sam was playing it cool, she still winced inside every time she heard Carly talk about Griffin, which was turning out to be a lot.

"I'll take his motorcycle if I want it. He doesn't get to decide if I can borrow it," Sam snapped back.

Carly laughed and rolled her eyes, but she knew Sam was serious.

"Do you think Griffin would let me ride his motorcycle?" asked Gibby.

"Absolutely not," said Carly without hesitation.

'Why not?" Gibby responded with an annoyed look on his face.

"Because you're you," Sam mumbled.

"You know, I have feelings too!" Gibby yelled as he sunk deeper into his beanbag chair.

"Gibby, I'm sure we can arrange something with one of the riders at the speedway," said Freddie as he tried to cheer Gibby up. "Griffin is pretty well connected with everyone there."

Sam's nose scrunched up. She hated hearing his name. If she heard this kid's name one more time she may go berzerk.

The gang started to regain focus and began brainstorming ideas for the big show. After a couple of hours, they felt they had constructed the perfect show for the speedway. Carly and Sam would be dressed in motorcycle race suits for the duration of the show. They planned on doing some of their normal bits such as The Idiot Farm Girl Who Thought the Cowboy's Mustache was a Squirrel, Random Dancing, and Baby Spencer, but all with a Raceway twist. Everyone felt good about the game plan.

"Well, if we're done here, I'm going to get going," said Gibby as he stood up from his beanbag chair. "I told Guppy I would go bike riding with him."

"Isn't it a bit dark to ride bikes?" asked Freddie.

"What are you, the bike police?" replied Gibby. "I'll see you guys tomorrow."

Freddie shook his head at Gibby as he walked out of the studio.

"Do you guys want to watch a movie up here?" asked Carly. "I can go make some popcorn and turn on the new Ginger Fox movie."

"That woman is so untalented," said Freddie.

"Yea, it's like they finally found out she couldn't sing and figured she couldn't be any worse at acting," said Sam. "Carls, popcorn, now!"

"Alright, jeez, I'll go make some," Carly groaned. "I'll be back in a bit."

Carly got up and exited the studio. As soon as the door closed, Sam turned to Freddie.

"So, I know how I'm going to break up Carly and Griffin," said Sam in an excited tone.

Freddie looked horrified, he wanted nothing to do with this conversation. "Sam, you can't break them up, it's not right."

"Why not, they've only been official for 3 days," argued Sam. "I'd be doing them a favor of ending it now instead of them breaking up down the line."

Freddie shook his head. "Sam, you didn't make your move, you don't want to tell Carly how you feel about her, so now you must face the consequences."

Sam's face started to get hot. "You're going to face consequences in about 3 seconds if you shut up, Benson."

Freddie stopped pushing back against Sam as he knew the damage that she could do.

"As for my plan, I've already been working on it," said Sam with a devious look on her face as she pulled out a cheap pre-paid phone.

Freddie looked confused. He had no clue why Sam had a pre-paid phone, but he knew that whatever he was about to hear, he wasn't going to like it.

"Sam, why do you have a pre-paid phone?"

"You know how Griffin used to date Wendy?" Sam asked as Freddie started to nod his head. "Well, I've been texting Wendy from this phone pretending to be Griffin."

Freddie's jaw dropped. "You're pretending to be Griffin? Why?"

Sam smirked, clearly delighted with her master plan. "Everyone knows that Wendy never got over him after he dumped her. So, I texted her from this phone and said I was Griffin and that I got a new number...and that I wanted to work things out."

Freddie was starting to get pale. He knew Sam as a criminal, prankster, and someone who always finds a way to get what she wants. But he never thought she would take it this far.

"'Griffin' has been texting Wendy since Sunday morning," said Sam, still holding her devious look, "and she's been loving every second of of it."

"Sam, this is bad," said Freddie. "This is so wrong on so many different levels. You need to stop texting Wendy right now."

As soon as he finished his sentence, the phone vibrated. Sam giggled. "Well, would you look at who texted me? Wendy. Right on queue." She opened the phone and started to read the message aloud. "I miss you so much Griff, when can I see you again? Aw, she misses me!" said Sam with a laugh. "Come to the Seattle Motor Speedway this Saturday. We can meet up and I can show you how much I've missed you," Sam said aloud as she typed word for word and responded back to Wendy.

"Sam, give me the phone," said Freddie in an aggressive tone as he held his hand out.

"Benson, don't make me beat you senseless."

The two bickered back and forth for a few more minutes. Freddie tried to get through to Sam, but he had no luck. She didn't care that she was catfishing Wendy. She didn't care that Griffin was going to be made out to look like a cheater when he wasn't one. All she wanted was for Carly to be single again. They were simply two pawns in her plan, and nothing more.

Carly re-entered the studio with a fresh batch of popcorn and plopped down on the beanbag chair between Sam and Freddie. They had stopped their argument as soon as they heard the door knob twist. Now, there was nothing but tension and awkward silence. Carly could feel it.

"Is everything okay?" Carly asked them. "Why are you both so quiet?"

Freddie stood up to make his way to the door. "I'm a bit tired tonight Carly, I'm going to go back to my place. I'll see you tomorrow at school."

Carly looked very confused but said goodbye to Freddie and then turned the movie on for her and Sam to watch.

"What's up with Freddie, he seemed really annoyed," asked Carly.

"Not sure," Sam lied.
