Y/n's pov:
It was a busy day and it wasn't even noon yet. The people on the floors under you probably rushed around like bees in a hive. You knew how hectic the office below you could be. Thankfully you were far away from the tumult. Being the CEO was already stressful enough even without all the noise from the others.
"I'm already late with this contract but somehow I can't concentrate." You mumbled and massaged your aching temples.
Another headache would accompany you through this day and would make it a living hell for you. Of course, it wasn't the only reason for you to be unable to focus on your work. Your adorable and hot secretary made you lose your mind. You adored her since the day you hired her. She was smart, beautiful, and always there for you when you needed her. She also appeared to be the only one that wasn't afraid to knock on your office door. There was a soft spot reserved just for her in your ice-cold heart. Yes, you were a mean boss but you had your reasons. In the world of success, there was no time for empathy, friendship, or even love. That's why you were mostly single all your life. It wouldn't be hard for you to find a life-long partner since you were rich, young, and successful. People would even call you attractive or hot but you were not the type of woman for a long-lasting relationship. A fling here and a one-night stand there. That was your love life but since you hired Miss Secretary something had changed.
"Why are you always on my mind?" You thought.
A soft knock on your door pulled you back to reality where you were still single and not in a relationship with the hottest woman you ever saw.
"Speaking of the devil." You whispered knowing damn well who knocked.
A few moments passed where you thought about sending her away but maybe seeing her would make your day a little less awful.
"Come in." You said and the door slowly opened.
Dami's pov:
A few letters had arrived for her boss which meant that she had to enter the lion's cage. All of Miss Y/l/n's employees avoided going there. Dami was told that the boss didn't have much tolerance for mistakes and got mad quickly but the secretary never saw the boss angry. She even seemed to be nice. A little bit introverted but nice. The boss usually didn't talk much. She was a woman of business and didn't waste time with small talk.
"Okay Yubin, you can do this. You only need to bring her the letters and ask her for a day off. That is not much." Dami thought as she walked to the boss's office.
The big wooden door came in sight and Dami thought her knees will give in but she managed to keep it together. Not only was it hard to ask Miss Y/l/n for a day off because she was the boss and Dami respected her a lot no it was also hard because Dami crushed on the other woman. It had started a few weeks ago when Miss Y/l/n had arrived at work wearing her leather jacket and carrying a helmet under her arm. Her outfit had stunned Dami right then and there. The Doc Martens boots combined with the tight black jeans and the messy her from wearing the helmet made Dami's heart skip a beat. The boss was a little late. Which was unusual of her and Dami had asked if she was alright. Miss Y/l/n had responded with a smile and it was the first time in history that the boss probably smiled.
"I hope she smiled just for me but I know she probably had other reasons." Dami thought as she stopped in front of her boss's office.
After a deep breath, she knocked softly on the wood. A few moments passed and Dami feared that the boss ignored her but the strong voice of the other women reached her ear.
"Come in." Miss Y/l/n said.
Dami didn't waste time and immediately stepped in. As soon as the door closed behind her the boss spoke.
