Harry

When I hear the words come out of the guard's mouth I rush out of the room. I hear Artemis and Hyacinthus run after but I decide to ignore their words. This is it. The bastard is finally going to get what he's had coming my whole life. I feel my feet ache from last nights venture but ignore the pain with every step I take down to the dungeon. "Harry!" Artemis yells at me, but I don't give her any attention. I've waited weeks to confront this man and I am not going to let anyone get in the way of it. Once I get to the dungeons entrance the guards open the door, knowing my order without hearing me speak. Once the doors are open I see his smug smirk planted on his lips, and I walk in staring him down with every step. He starts to say something but I storm at him and punch him as hard as I can in the face. Blood starts pouring from his nose but he just laughs.

"That's the best you can do, son?" Heinrich chuckles, rubbing his chin softly as he's smirking at me, as I go to punch him again Art storms in and stops me.

"Harry, stop! He is not worth it!" I realize she is right, he will die anyway, what's the point in beating him up.

"She's right Harold, I'm not worth it. Is she though? Did I pick the right wife for you?" My face pales and I look at Artemis who is confused. "Did Reagan and I make a good decision?" he continues with a smirk, I quickly look back at Heinrich, I will explain it to her later.

"You're crazy if you think I'll listen to your thoughts on women." I get close enough to smell alcohol on his breath, and grab the collar of his shirt. "Mom was lucky to have died when I was born, she would've hated the man you have become." I feel his heart start pumping under my grasp which makes me smile. His face turns red with rage, he looks like he is about to explode.

"YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MY WIFE! YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE TO CALL HER YOUR MOTHER YOU USELESS PIECE OF SHIT!" He screams, and I begin walking away pulling Artemis with me, with a satisfied smirk on my lips. "DON'T WALK AWAY FROM ME, I AM YOUR KING!" He shouts again, making me smirk a little more knowing exactly what I am going to say.

"Sorry, Heinrich. You're Not my father anymore and you aren't my king." I tap my lip with my finger to act as if I am thinking. "Or anyone's king really, huh?" His face continues to be red, and he is shaking the bars in front of him as hard as he can with anger.

"YOU CAN'T DO THIS! I AM A KING GODDAMMIT!" He bellows and I look at him one more time before I leave.

"You are not a king, but I eventually will be, of this kingdom and yours. How does it feel to lose everything to the person you hate most in the world?" I turn and leave with Art and hear him howl in pain as we walk out of the dungeons.

I look down to Artemis and see a look I haven't seen in ages. Pain. "What is wrong love?" I ask, pulling her in close to me to examine the pain on her face. "Did he hit you somehow?" I whisper, pulling her chin up but she turns her head away from me.

"What did he mean by 'decision', Harry?" Artemis looks at me with concern on her face. I feel my heartbeat in my chest, and feel like I can throw up at any second. Does she think I have anything to do with this?

"I only found out after we got married. He said it right before he tried to stab me, when Kit-" I cut myself off, I can't talk about that.

"I-I don't believe you." Artemis whispers, having an almost terrified look on her face.

"Art I couldn't talk about that day, it was and still is too hard. I planned to tell you soon I just thought you would leave me and I am not ready to lose you." I plead for her to understand.

"You knew that this whole time, I was basically a prize for you?!" She yells and then points back at the dungeon, "For your father!?" Artemis begins walking away from me but I follow her every step.
