***** Artemis' POV *****

One week has passed since we finished all of our wedding planning. Harry and I still haven't figured out what's happening with Hy and Kit, but I am too stressed to think about anything else. Today is my bachelorette party, but before I get to do anything fun Louise insisted on me trying on my dress again. I'm not usually one to wear white so I opted for a dress that had a slight blush tone to it, I even asked my father if it was okay and he went on about as long as I was getting married he didn't care. "Is it supposed to be this tight Lou?" I pull on the sleeves trying to loosen them.

"Yes, Artemis. Now stop pulling! You'll make them flatten." Louise puffs the sleeves up more, I roll my eyes trying to constrain a snide comment.

"I'm going to get married in two days," I look over at myself in the mirror sighing, "I wonder what mother would be thinking if she was here." Louise looks at me through the mirror and gives me a soft smile.

"She'd be so proud of you." she starts to undo my dress, which I am thankful for because I can finally breathe.

"I'm so glad you're my maid of honor Lou, I didn't expect you to accept on such short notice." I had to remove Josephine from my wedding party for obvious reasons, she'll more than likely wear something white just to upset me. But, I don't care anymore. It's supposed to be me and Harry's day, no one else's.

"Of course Artemis, now let's get you ready for your party!" she squeals and grabs my sequined white dress from my closet.

My guests finally show up and I haven't been this excited to get drunk in years. Most of them are cousins I haven't seen in years, and some are from Harry's side and I haven't even met them yet! "Please help me." I whisper to Louise, she giggles to herself sitting next to me at the table she decorated perfectly. Pink candles stand on rose gold candle holders, disco balls hang over the dining table, glitter is spread all over the table, and the servers are wearing black dress shirts with pink ties.

"Okay, I think the first thing we should do is introduce ourselves to one another, and say how we know the bride?" Louise announces, and everyone agrees smiling at one another. Louise stands up first, holding my hand gently. "My name is Louise," everyone chimes in greeting her, "I met this lovely girl when my mother was a handmaiden here for her mother, and now I am hers. I like to call her my best friend though," she winks at me, "we've been through everything from crying over stupid romcoms, to her finding her future husband, I love you Art." I stand up and kiss Lou on the cheek quickly and sit back down. My cousins Anne, Chelsea, and Paris all introduce themselves, they're all from my father's side, and they're gorgeous. Almost all look like some sort of super model.

I decide to go up to the group of Harry's cousins and introduce myself. Maybe I can get some funny stories about Harry when he was younger to tease him about it later.
