Chapter 25
*Wei Wu Xian's POV*
Today is my first day after my punishment and to my delight grandmaster Lan and Qingheng Jun is in Qinghe for a meeting so no class.
" Wei-xiong, what are you going to do today?" Asked Nie-xiong who is beside me.
" I don't know Nie-xiong. Jiang Cheng what are we going to do today? As a future sect Leader of YunmengJiang Sect you can suggest our activities for today." I said enthusiastically to tease him.
" Madams are the one who decide on the activities. So as the future Second Madam Lan you must decide Wei-xiong." Nie-xiong said and both boys high fived.
" Who's the Madam? I'm a man remember? I'm a dominant male who dare call me madam?" I said with pride.
Nie-xiong cleared his throat and I saw the twin Jades walking towards us.
"Xichen-ge, Lan Zhan where are you going?" I asked an Xichen-ge smiled at me.
" We have some water ghoul problem in Biling Lake. I asked Wangji to come with me Incase there are more problems that will arrive. I hope you'll let me borrow your fiance A-Xian." He said.
" Ofcourse Xichen-ge Lan Zhan is already old enough to decide for himself. Wait Xichen-ge you said water ghouls right? We Jiangs are expert in dealing with Water ghouls as we lived by the river. Maybe we could help." I suggested.
" No. Stay" Lan Zhan said sternly.
" What?! Why would I? I want to help. Jiang Cheng and I is the best in catching water ghouls now that there are issues about it I won't stand aside." I said angrily.
" Xichen-ge wait up I want to go with you." A-yuan said walking as fast as the rules allowed.
" Not allowed specially you." He said and eyed at Sizhui.
" Wangji I guess we need to allow them there are also no classes." Xichen-ge said and I looked at him cockily and with a victory smirk.
" Fine but Sizhui must stay close." He said like an over protective father.
" Promise." A-yuan said and smiled at them.
" Wanna go with us Sizhui?" Xichen-ge asked.
" I'll go with baba first for a while. I'll accompany him to Jingshi to prepare." He said and Lan Zhan nodded at him.
We parted ways. The jade twins went to the gates. Jiang Cheng and Nie-xiong went to the guest quarters, while A-yuan and I went towards Jingshi.
" It seems like father is in protective mode baba right? He won't allow us to go since he knows it's dangerous." He smiled as he said this.
" Yeah but I'm still mad at how he treated me like a weakling. I'm not a maiden that he have to protect. I understand he is protective but I hope he'll learn to trust that I'll be okay." I said expressing my heart out.
" Baba he is just worried." A-yuan told me.
" Yeah, yeah, let's go now before your father leave us." I said and he nodded.
After preparing, we went to the gates where we met the other four waiting for us.
I went near Xichen-ge and A-yuan went near his father.
When we arrive at Caiyi town and went to book a room for us to stay. I was ofcourse roomed with Lan Zhan, A-yuan was with Xichen-ge and Jiang Cheng is with Nie-xiong. Nie-xiong don't want to join in night hunting, he just want to get out of Cloud Reccesses and enjoy the view.
" Wei Ying." Lan Zhan called as we went inside our room.
" What?" I asked monotonously.
" Wei Ying is mad. Sizhui told me. Didn't want to make Wei Ying feel weak just don't want to see Wei Ying hurt." Lan Zhan explained.
" I know but please, I don't need you to protect me. I can protect myself but I want you to stand by me. Do you get that? Being in a relationship doesn't mean that one must stand behind and the other is at the front protecting. Isn't better to stand together hand in hand and overcome each trial together?" I talk some senses in him and he nodded.
" Sorry." He said cutely and hugged me.
" Just don't want to lose you like how it did in Sizhui's timeline." He said honestly and I understand him. He is just afraid that everything will just be a cycle and I'll die again.
" I don't know what the future will bring us. A-yuan didn't tell us the full story but I know he would help us to survive and lived a happy life as a family together with our future A-yuan." I said and he hugged me tighter.
" Let's sleep first." I said and we both lay on the bed cuddling each other.
* 3rd person POV*
Knock came resounding on the shared rooms of the two cuddling lovers. They both stood up from the bed and fix themselves to look presentable. Lan Wangji then open the door to find their son was the person who disturbed their cuddly moment.
" Father can I enter?" He asked. Lan Wangji let their son enter and he sat in between the two.
" A-yuan, what made you come here? Aren't you too old to sleep with your parents?" Wei Wu Xian tease his son.
" I'm just here to make sure your not yet making 'me'. It still too early for me to exist. Both of you are still too young to have ' me'." He said monotonously to tease both of his parents.
" Uncle just want to inform me that after lunch we would be going to Biling Lake and check there." He said.
" Why not have lunch with us A-yuan? I'll just order some meals down stairs for a while." Wei Wu Xian said and left the father and son alone in the room.
" Father please make sure baba is safe. The thing out there is not an ordinary water ghoul but a water borne abyss. It is from QishanWen as uncle told me. I can't promise to help you as i don't know how resentment energy react with me. I am still the son of the grandmaster of demonic cultivation this making me their master as well. I know I'm immune with resentment but baba is not yet expose to it. I don't want him to be expose to resentment. I don't want him to be an enemy of the cultivation world then lose him as well." Sizhui told his father.
" We will keep hims safe." Lan Wangji said then smiled at his son.
" I will not let anything to happen to the both of you." Lan Wangji added then kissed his son's forehead and hugged him.
Unknown to them, Nie Huaisang saw Lan Wangji kissing Sizhui's forehead and hugging him was shocked. He misinterpreted what happen.
Nie Huaisang directly ran to find his Best friend to report what happen to him.
