As soon as she was out of sight, the gang continued to follow the road as they headed towards the next town. But all of a sudden, they came across two Pokemon that looked like rabbits.
"Buneary!" one of them cried.
"Buuu!" the other one replied.
Huck and Augie turned around as their eyes lit with awe.
"Awwwww, aren't they cute?" Huck cooed.
"Just a minute," Jinks said. "Something looks different about the other one."
And he was right. The bunny on the right had a different looking face than the other. But all of a sudden, it glowed and changed into a little Pokemon that looked like a pink blob.
"Ditto!" it chirped.
The gang let out yelps of surprise.
"What is that?" Huck cried.
"It looks like a Ditto!" Augie replied
"Looks like a wad of chewed up bubblegum," TC muttered.
Huck burst out laughing. "That's a good one TC!" Then he scanned the Ditto with his Pokedex.
"Ditto: the Transform Pokemon. A normal type. Ditto can rearrange their bodies' cells to change into other life forms."
"Ditto!" the Ditto cried.
Togepi went up to the Ditto and poked it on the belly. Then she laughed as Huck picked her up and giggled. The Ditto had such soft and squishy flesh!
"It's squishy, isn't it, Togepi?" Huck remarked.
"Toki toki brrreeee!"
The bunny then came up to the gang. "Buneary!" she said.
Pikachu went over to the bunny to greet her. "Pika!"
The bunny blushed and giggled. Pikachu felt hearts in his eyes when he saw her reaction.
"Pikachu, are you okay?" Augie asked.
"Pika..." Pikachu replied, blushing.
The bunny then went over to Huck and Augie. "Buneary!"
"You're so cute!" Augie cried.
"Hi, little bunny!" Huck said, waving.
"Eevee!" Eevee cried.
"Toki, brrreee!" Togepi chirped.
"Piplup!" Piplup added.
"Buneary!" the bunny replied.
"I wonder what Pokemon she is," Huck told Augie.
"It's a Buneary!" the pup replied, scanning the bunny with his Pokedex.
"Buneary: the Rabbit Pokemon. A normal type. Buneary perks up its ears at the first sign of danger. It tucks its head into its fur to sleep on cold nights."
"Awww, what a precious name for a Pokemon!" Boo-Boo remarked.
"And I think Pikachu thinks she's sweet!" Snag laughed.
The Buneary twirled around and winked at Pikachu, once again making him blush.
"You know, Pikachu," Augie told him. "If you really like Buneary, I think I should catch her. She'll like that." Then he turned to Buneary. "Buneary, do you wanna come with us?"
Buneary turned to Augie and smiled. "Buneary!"
"I take that as a yes!" Augie grinned. Then he threw a PokeBall at her, sending her inside.
