Chapter 6: Secret Ocean Kingdom

            "Now to get to the library." Shimmer whispered to herself as she made her way through the crowd.  Shimmer then walked down several hallways until she came to set of big brown double doors. "Aha, the library."

             "Hello, Princess Shimmer." the librarian said. "Do you need something?"

               Shimmer thought for a bit. "Yes." Shimmer replied. "Do you have books on the ocean?"

               "Hmm, let me check." the librarian said as she went over to the computer. "Ah, here we are. A book called, Secrets of The Ocean." 

                   "That sounds promising." Shimmer replied. "Which section is it in?"

                     "Restricted." the librarian replied. "Only accessible to those with necklaces."

                       "I wear a necklace." Shimmer said as she pointed at it.

                                 "Very well." the librarian said. "You may enter that area."

          "Thanks." Shimmer said as she made her way to the restricted section.

                                                  ~Time Skip~

                       "Ah, found it." Shimmer said as she pulled the book off the shelf and carried it to a nearby table. "Now let's see here." Shimmer sat down and opened the book. "Vaporia, Seadancia, Lyrica, Finios." Shimmer looked in confusion. "Finios?" she repeated. Shimmer then flipped to that section and began to read. 

        Most knowledge about Finios is limited due to the fact that they tend to keep to themselves ever since the death of King Acro. Long ago, Finios was attacked by a rogue gang of merpeople. This gang came to Finios with an army, made up of the most dangerous creatures in the ocean. King Acro sent his family to the royal bunker. However, his daughter didn't go into the bunker with her mother and brother. By the time King Acro had noticed, he didn't have time to bring her to the bunker. So, he sent her to Finios' ally, Lyrica along with most of their subjects. King Acro and his army fought against the rogue gang of merpeople and their army. The battle was intense but in the end Finios reigned victorious. Finios did indeed win but at a cost. Most of the kingdom was destroyed and the beloved King Acro was slain.

           "Shimmer, there you are." Twinkle exclaimed as she walked towards her. "What are you doing here?"

             "Trying to figure out where Coral is from." Shimmer replied.

               "Oh." Twinkle said. "I thought you were just gonna ask her."

                 "Nope." Shimmer replied. "Anyways, I found something."

                    "What is it?" Twinkle asked curiously.

                        "Did you know there are four ocean kingdoms?" Shimmer asked.

                        Twinkle shook her head.

                         "Well, there are." Shimmer said. "And I think Coral is from the fourth one."

                           "What's the fourth one called?" Twinkle asked.

                           "Finios." Shimmer replied. "It's Lyrica's ally."

                             "Huh. I didn't know that." Twinkle said. "Is that all?"

                                 Shimmer shook her head. "No, there's more."

                                 "Like what?" Twinkle asked.

                                  "Finios was attacked by rogue gang of merpeople and their army of dangerous sea creatures." Shimmer replied. "Long story short, Finios won but at a grave cost."

                                  "What was lost?" Twinkle asked.

                                   "Most of Finios was destroyed and King Acro was slain." Shimmer replied.

                                     "Wow." Twinkle said. "So, you think Coral might be from there?"

                                        "Yes." Shimmer replied.

                                         Suddenly, Shimmer and Twinkle heard footsteps approach them.
