Chapter 9: Class Switched

   While Shimmer was running to the headmaster's office, she accidently bumped into a slightly older lady.

    "Oops." Shimmer said as she helped the lady help. "Are you ok?"

      "Oh, yes." the lady replied. "Thank you, Princess Shimmer."

         "Who are you, by the way?" Shimmer asked.

            "Oh." the lady said. "I'm Miss Lilac. I teach swimming."

            "So, you're a necklace wearer?" Shimmer asked in disbelief.

               "I am, indeed." Miss Lilac replied. "Why are you in such a hurry, anyway?"

               "I'm going to Headmaster Hagenbrok's office." Shimmer replied. "So, I can ask him to change my gym class to swimming."

                    "Are you a necklace wearer?" Miss Lilac asked curiously.

                       "Yes." Shimmer replied.

                      "Oh, I see." Miss Lilac said.

                        "Anyways, I gotta go." Shimmer said.

                            "Alright." Miss Lilac replied as she watched Shimmer run off. "See you later."

                                                    ~Time Skip~

             "Headmaster Hagenbrok, may I come in?" Shimmer asked as she knocked on the door.

                              "Yes, you may." Headmaster Hagenbrok replied.

                                "Thanks." Shimmer said as she entered the office.

                                     "What do you need, Princess Shimmer?" Headmaster Hagenbrok asked without looking up from his paperwork.

                                        "I need my gym class switched to swimming, please." Shimmer replied.

                                           "Only those with necklaces take swimming." Headmaster Hagenbrok said.

                                           "Um, sir? I have one." Shimmer replied.

                         "Are you supposed to?" Headmaster Hagenbrok asked as he set his paperwork down on his desk.

                                      "Yes." Shimmer replied. "If you don't believe me, check my file."

                                           "Well, alright." Headmaster Hagenbrok said as he pulled up Shimmer's file on his computer. "It appears I made an error. Sorry about that."

                                         "So, will you switch my gym class?" Shimmer asked.

                                            "Of course." Headmaster Hagenbrok replied. "It will be fixed by tomorrow morning, just before school. Now off you go."

                                                  "Thanks." Shimmer replied as she went to the front of the academy to wait for her sisters so they could go home for the day.
