Chapter 10: Crystal's Bad Day

   As soon as Shimmer and her sisters were back home, "Welcome back, your highnesses." Cortana said.

          "Hello, Cortana." Shimmer replied.

            "Hi." Twinkle added.

           Crystal didn't say anything, instead she just ran into the castle.

             "Hey, Twinkle." Shimmer said. "Is Crystal, ok?"

                  Twinkle shook her head. "No. We came across Cherry."

                  "Oh?" Shimmer asked. "What happened?"

                      "While I was talking with some of our fellow princesses, Cherry was being mean to Crystal." Twinkle explained. "Once I turned and noticed, I yelled at Cherry. I also told her to leave Crystal alone. She then scoffed and walked away."

                           "Huh. That's kinda what happened when I was with Coral." Shimmer said. "However, Coral was the one who stood up for me."

                            "Really? That was nice of her." Twinkle commented.

                              Shimmer cleared her throat. "Anyways, I'm gonna go check on Crystal.

                              "Alright." Twinkle said as both she and Shimmer walked into the castle.

                                                 ~Time Skip~

                         "Crystal, can I come in?" Shimmer asked as she gently knocked on her sister's door.

                                      "Ugh, sure." Crystal replied.

                                     "Thank you." Shimmer said as she entered the room. It had slightly yellow walls and a brown floor.

                                        "What do you want, Shimmer?" Crystal asked.

                                          "I wanted to check on you." Shimmer replied. "Twinkle told me about what happened between you and Cherry."

                "Oh, that." Crystal said as she sat up. "Yeah, she said some really awful things about me."

                                        "What did she say?" Shimmer asked curiously.

                                     "Well, she called me a weirdo." Crystal replied.

                                          "Let me guess. She called you a 'weirdo' because we have to wear our necklaces on our heads while at the academy." Shimmer said.

                                              "Yeah." Crystal replied. "Wait, how did you know that?"

                                              "Cause, when me and Coral came across her. She called us the same thing for the same reason." Shimmer replied.

                                                    "Ugh, why is she so mean?" Crystal asked.

                                 "I don't know." Shimmer replied. "So, are you ok?"

                                                    "I am feeling better, now." Crystal replied. "Thanks, sis."

                        "You're welcome." Shimmer said. "Well, I'm gonna leave you to it. See you at dinner."

                                   "Alright, see you then." Crystal replied as she watched Shimmer leave the room.
