"Hey, sis." Raina said. "Who's that?"

"Oh. This is Shell from swim class." River replied.

"Oh, right." Raina exclaimed. "She's the one who slipped today."

"Um, you didn't have to point it out." Shell said nervously.

"Oops, my bad." Raina replied. "Anyways, what are you guys doing?"

"Shell and I are going to the pool to practice our water entry." River replied.

"Ok." Raina said. "See ya at dinner."

"Alright." River replied. "Follow me, Shell." River then led Shell around the back of her castle, to where the pool was.

"Wow." Shell exclaimed. "Your pool is big."

"Well, naturally." River agreed. "Anyways, shall we get started?"

"Sure." Shell replied. "Um, River. I have a suggestion."

"Oh? What is it?" River asked curiously.

"My idea is this." Shell replied. "Maybe don't try and copy Shimmer."

"I'm not trying to copy her." River exclaimed. "I'm doing my own thing."

"That's not what I saw." Shell said.

River thought back to swim class. "You're right, Shell. I was trying to copy Shimmer."

                                       "See?" Shell asked.

"Yes." River replied. "From this moment on, I will never try to copy my cousin ever again."

"Wait, Shimmer is your cousin?" Shell asked in disbelief. "No wonder you were trying to copy her."

"Yeah." River said. "Now then, let's get to practicing."

                                                "Good idea." Shell agreed.

"I'm gonna try something different." River said as she walked over to the edge of the pool, grabbed the blue hexagonal gemstone that was on the silver necklace which hung in her hair. As she was transforming she jumped and by the time she hit the water, she was completely transformed.

"Wow." Shell exclaimed. "Good job, River."

                                                  "Thanks." River replied. "Your turn."

"Ok." Shell said as she sat down on the edge of the pool, grabbed the blue pearl that was on a pink necklace which was hanging in her hair. Once she was completely transformed, she then lowered herself into the water.

"Not bad." River said. "You didn't slip."

Shell gasped. "You're right. I didn't. Thanks, River."

                                                          "You're welcome." River replied.

Shell swam towards River and gave her a hug. "Thanks for being my friend."

"Wait, we're friends?" River asked in disbelief.

                                                             "Of course." Shell replied.

"Aw, thanks." River said as she hugged back.

After their hug, they spent the rest of the day playing in the pool together.

"River, it's time for dinner and for Shell to go home." Raina said as she stood in the backyard's doorway.

"Alright, Raina." River replied as she and Shell climbed out of the pool, sat up and changed back into their human forms.

"See you at school tomorrow, River." Shell said as she walked to the front of River and Raina's castle.

"Wait, Shell." River called after her.

"What is it?" Shell asked after she stopped at turned around.

"Can I at least get your number?" River asked in response.

"Oh." Shell replied. "Of course." She then pulled out her phone and handed it to River. "You put your number in my phone and I'll put mine in yours."

"Ok." River said as she took her phone out and gave to Shell.

After they put their numbers into each other's phones, they gave them back.

"I gotta go in and eat, now." River said.

"Ok, go ahead." Shell replied. "I need to get home, anyway. I promised my brother,  I would help him with his homework."

"Wait, you have a brother?" River asked in disbelief.

"Yes, his name is Wave Star." Shell replied as she watched River go into her castle for the night. "I'll text you after I'm done helping him, ok?"

                                                "Alright." River replied.

Shell then called her family who sent a carriage to pick her up. And as soon as the carriage showed up, Shell went home.
