CHAPTER SEVENTY ONE

I pushed my hair back and put on my cap. This is gonna be a lot harder than I think. Y/n look so fine after a year I didn't see her, well actually I do, I watched her the whole time, to make sure she's okay and doing well. But I never thought her niece would go to the same school as Prudence. I moved to Gwangju because I had my work mostly in this town, my contract will ended this year and I'm not sure if I want to continue, or choose to have my decent life being a pro photographer like I used to.

I cannot stop thinking about her since that day we meet again after ages. She's a bit skinnier, maybe she was tired taking care of her kids alone, I heard that her husband passes away in that attack Yoongi Hyung planned. It was the most fucked up thing I've ever involved. He make me believe that he won't make it alive that's why he wants me to take his daughter with me.

When I heard about his death tragically, I went to the house where he kept Y/n and her family. I know that they set up a bomb to killed them, turns out he was the one that tasted his own medicine. I call the ambulance when I saw her carrying her weak husband out of the house but Yoongi Hyung shot him. Lucas bring Irish run away from the house before that house is explode into pieces. I want to be there and help, but something has stopped me from doing it. I was such a coward. I could do whatever to saved her but I chose not to. In order to stay alive that I shouldn't be involved. Y/n lost her husband and their unborn child that she loved. I know she finally love him from the look on her eyes. I was never be in her heart anymore.

I smile at that thought and choose to put it aside. If I'm lucky, she'll come today to the beach according to our agreement last week. It will surely being an old memory I always kept about her. Having fun at the beach, listening to the kids telling her story about king and queen. And two brave princesses. I still remember every detail of it.

Prudence, at the other hand, she was already sit on the car after yelling at me to come quickly because we're running late, and she was eager to meet her friend. I chuckles as I out all the food in the back seat. I open the car door and hop in, I make sure to locked the door before turning on the engine. We're ready to go.

"Uncle Kookie, will you swim later at the beach?" She said as she took her back pack from the back seat soon as we reach the beach parking lot.

"Yeah, that would be so much fun."

"Yay!" She jump a little in excitement. I hold her hand as we walk towards the beach and expecting Y/n would be here already. I look around the beach to find where she might be sitting. But she was nowhere to be found. I decided to just stay at one of the lounge and put our stuff in the table.

"Where is Aunt Y/n?" Prudence asks as she looks up to me. She already on her swim suits since she was excited for today.

"I don't know, maybe still on the way. Just wait a little, baby, you want some ice cream?"

"No, maybe later, I have to wait for Irish."

A moment later, Prudence wave hysterically at behind me as I smile and look around, I catch a glimpse of Irish running towards her best friend spreading her arms wide. They hugged and giggles with full of excitement. But I don't see her coming with Y/n or anyone. So I look around once again only to find V Hyung walking so casually with his glasses on. I'm a bit surprised to what is he doing here. I wait for him to come closer and ask. He smile at me taking off his glasses.

"Hi, Jungkook, long time?" He said casually offering his hand for me to shake. I look at him and shook his hand politely. Long time he mean by two months ago since the last time we've met.

"What are you doing here, Hyung?" I ask as he put his stuff on the empty beach chair next to mine.

"I came because of Irish wanted to go to beach." He sat down and start undoing his shirt. Was this hot already?
