CHAPTHER SIX

A few days later

Y/n POV

The sun is setting leaving the dark and orange shade that slowly will be gone. I am on my way back home with my niece Irish after we both went to shopping.

I glance at her who's joyfully playing with Nini, her bear plush. I smiles, feeling all blessed that she's happy and content with the new neighborhood. She also loves her new school I picked for her and even better she makes friends.

"Peanut, can I eat waffles for dinner tonight?" Her cute voice got my attention as I look through her rare-view mirror.

"You don't want rice and eggs?" I ask as she shake her head no.

"No, I wanna eat waffles, is that okay?"

"Sure, baby, it's okay, I'll make them for you."

"Yay, thank you, Peanut."

"You're welcome, baby."

I pull over to the empty space in my garage, noticing my neighbor's car is also parked there. I turn off the ignition and take my seat belt off, getting out of the car and help my little niece take off her seat belt.

She jump out of the car and leave her back pack and plush on the back seat and I let the door's open knowing she will be back and get it. She run to the sink I put on the front yard and she wash her hands.

I took the groceries from my trunk and bring it inside the house. Wait for my niece gather up her belongings and close the car door and get inside with me.

Placing all the groceries on the kitchen sink, I wash my hands clean and take a glass of water and drink up slowly. I think I have to take a shower and cook after that.

"Irish?" I went to her room and saw her tidy up with her school books, she look at me.

"Yes, Peanut?"

"Do you want me to help you take a bath?"

"No, I am fine. "

"Okay, don't stay in the bathtub too long."

"Okay."

I close her door and go to mine. I put my bag in the table and take my coat off and put then in the basket. Looking at the tempting bed and soft pillow I want to hug right now and doze off. I'm tired and sleepy, but I won't, I have to take a shower and prepare the dinner.

A few minutes later, I wrapped the towel around my body and go to my walking closet to put on some pajamas what I usually comfortable with while I'm cooking. The weather is nice, summer is been smooth and warm in Seoul, their not too hot like in Paris. I feel much better here.

After I get dress, I walk to my window and open the curtain. Noticed my neighbor's window is open again but the curtain is close.

I don't wanna think of it, I walk away and leave him alone. I have to cook dinner now, Irish is probably done showering by now.

I made waffles the way my niece likes it and some pasta the way I like it. Cooking silently while watching Irish enjoying her favourite show. She giggles in every funny part.

"Irish, come on, let's eat." I call her as I put the waffles on the dinning table along with the other dish I made. She look up to me and get up from her seat and walking happily to the dinning table, examining the food as she found what she likes.

"Go wash your hands first, baby."

"Okay."

She put Nini on the empty chair next to her and she go to the bathroom to wash her hands. She comes back after a few minutes and join me.
