I've seen fanart of this AU on Deviantart, Tumblr, and even in fanfiction. This AU, in my opinion, deserves more recognition.
Basically, the story is the same: Two First-level Nightmarens are created by Wizeman. But one of them rebels against him while the other stays loyal. The only difference is...which one rebelled and which one is Wizeman's right-hand.
In other words, Reala is the main hero while NiGHTS is the loyal Nightmaren General of Wizeman's army.
You can decide which of the two games you want this roleplay to take place in.
