Cold Ceo (Taekook)

Chapter 1

A Bugatti La Voiture Noire arrives at the company's entrance and the driver quickly opens the door.

A strikingly handsome young man steps out, flawlessly dressed in a tuxedo and Louis Vuitton shoes. The guards bow deeply as he walks toward the entrance.

Inside, as he walks through the corridors, every employee bows and greets him with a "Good morning, sir" but he remains silent and goes directly to his office with a cold and blank expression.

Jungkook, CEO of his own company "JK Company," is a cold-hearted person who cares only about money and disregards everyone, including his family. He doesn't believe in love, sees it as pointless and speaks rudely to everyone. His employees call him "Iceberg" because of his distant and harsh attitude.

As soon as kook settled into his office, he called for his secretary, but there was no answer. His eyes flashed with anger. Despite the rising anger, he remained silent, his hands resting on the polished surface of the desk.

Two seconds later, the secretary burst into the room, his breath heavy and nervous

Secretary: "Good morning, sir," he stammered, clearly scared.

Kook: "What time is it?" , asked coldly.

Secretary: "I'm sorry, sir, I was late. I was bringing your coffee," he replied, his gaze fixed on the ground.

Kook: "So what? It's your job!" he shouted.

Secretary: "I know, sir, but I'm only two seconds late."

Kook: "You're fired."

Secretary: "No, sir, please don't fire me. I won't make this mistake again," he pleaded desperately.

"I was late because of the coffee."

Kook approached him and grabbed the coffee and without warning threw the coffee at the secretary's hand causing him to scream loudly from the sudden pain.

Kook's face remained blank as he called for his bodyguard. When the bodyguard arrived, he visibly tensed, sensing the tension in the room.

Kook: "Throw this trash out", commanded coldly.

The bodyguard escorts the crying secretary out. As the other employees looked on, they sympathized with him but remained silent, knowing that any attempt to intervene could lead them to the same fate as the secretary.

Kook instructs the receptionist to find him a new secretary.

When kook goes home at night, he notices his family having dinner, but he ignores them and heads straight to his room to freshen up.

After some time, kook comes downstairs and sits alone at the dining table as the maid serves him.

After finishing his meal, kook is about to head back to his room when his family members approach him.

Mrs Jeon : "How are you son".

Kook rolls his eyes and glares at Mrs. Jeon.

Kook: "Just tell me what you want", asked rudely.

Mr. Jeon : "We need money".

Kook: "Why? To play gamble?" he retorts.

Mrs. Jeon: "No, son, we will donate this money to NGOs." says sweetly

Kook: "Shut up. Do you think I don't know why you really want money?" he shouts.

Tina: "It's not like that, brother," his sister Tina says, pretending to cry.

Kook: "Quiet, bitch. I know you want money for your party," he snaps angrily.

Mrs. Jeon: "Jungkook, is this how you talk to your sister?".

Kook : "Yes i talk like this. What are you going to do about it?" he yells back.

Mrs. Jeon stays silent, knowing she can't challenge him.

Kook: "I'm not giving you any money. If you want money. Work if you want money", he says coldly before heading to his room.

Kook doesn't love his family because they only care about his money. Even though he refuses to give them any, they continue to ask shamelessly. They've never shown him love and only valued his sister, which has made him cold-hearted. To avoid depending on anyone, he's made himself highly capable.
