To his surprise, kook finds himself nodding in agreement. Tae's joy is catching and before kook can react, he's enveloped in a tight hug.
Kook freezes, his heart racing and cheeks flushing.
Tae: "Thank you, Jungkook. I should go now. Take care of yourself, okay", smiling.
Later that night, freshly showered and alone in his room, kook finds his thoughts consumed by Tae. His heart beats faster as he recalls the hug—someone had embraced him for the first time, stirring a mix of emotions within him.
