So there is going to be a playlist for both Stand Here With Me and Jade...Kyra and I have begun adding songs to each one! So far the songs I have are a bit odd...you know how I love sappy scores and instrumentals...but I also love a bit of Ed, undeniably so.

SHWM PLAYLIST:
- Tied Knots : The Album Leaf
- The Light : The Album Leaf
{Both The Light and Tied Knots are kind of the Harlie themes}
- See In You : The Album Leaf
- Window : The Album Leaf
- Photograph : Ed Sheeran
- One : Ed Sheeran
- I'm A Mess : Ed Sheeran

We'll let you guys know when we add more songs and maybe, if it's possible, a link to them on Spotify? We'll figure it out! Now here you go, enjoy chapter 7!

Seven : Harry

I wasn't sure how I was supposed to feel after the run in with her. If I was supposed to be upset or depressed or angry...I wasn't. If I was supposed to be happy or relieved, I wasn't sure if I was either of those. I couldn't really put my finger on my feelings, but I knew for certain that they weren't at all bad. It had started off a bit awkward, but our banter made the transition seem light-hearted and easy, so yeah. Really wasn't sure how to feel. It had been two weeks and I still didn't know. But truthfully, I was okay with that. I was content. Los Angeles-it felt good to be home. It was warm and the sun was bright and I was finally feeling decent. Better than I had in months.

K. Ozzy: outside!

I grabbed my wallet and house keys and sent her a quick text, saying I was coming, before stepping out and locking the door behind me. "Hey, hot stuff."
"Hello." I greeted my lavender-haired friend.
"Ready to get our Cali party on?"
"Not sure..." I laughed. "What does Cali party ensue?"
"Sex, drugs and Rock 'n' Roll, mate."
"Oh right, then yes. Yes, I am."
"Course y'are." The car pulled out of my driveway and out onto the street. "Sukes always throws lovely gatherings."
"So, now they're gatherings?"
"I'll call them whatever I damn well please."
"Any idea who's comin' to this shindig?"
"No clue. Anyone who's anyone, probably." Her constant snide remarks were one of the reasons why we got on so well. Balance is a strong aspect in friendship, I think.
"Probably Cara, Georgia...do y'know if they're around?"
"Both are, yeah. Just talked to Cara yesterday."
"Seems like a fair share of us'll be there."
"Yeah, she's got her lovely American posse though. I'll bet we'll run into plenty of Hollywooder's."
"Not a terrible thing."
"Eh, Gigi Hadid and the Jenner's...Hailey Baldwin..."
"They're nice girls."
"Why am I not surprised you think so."
"They are, they're nice, Kelly."
"I could take 'em or leave 'em." The drive from my place to the Beverly Hills Hotel wasn't too far, so as she said this, we were turning onto Sunset Boulevard and the signage for the luxury Pink Palace came into view and the amount of paparazzi outside was actually a bit gross. "Ready for this?"
"No, but lead the way."
"No, you lead the way. You're the man."
"If I lead the way, we're each other's dates."
"Oh bub, in their eyes, we're each other's dates regardless of who gets out first." I groaned and slid out of the car. Immediately though, I blocked out the sound, something I'd learned to do years ago, and walked forward with Kelly close behind. The party was being held in the Polo Lounge and out on the Polo patio and it was the ritziest, most Hollywood party I'd ever been too. "Poshest thing I've ever walked into." She smiled, the words coming out through her teeth.
"Feel like I should be wearing pastels."
"What the bloody hell are you wearing?" I looked down at my shirt and black jeans. "Mate, is that sperm?" I began to blush because it did look slightly like the scientific drawings of the little guys. "Teeny black sperm, that's what it is."
"Can we not discuss the sperm on my shirt? Thanks loads, Kel, really." She laughed as people began to greet us. I was thrust into conversation with numerous people, as was my wing-woman.
After saying hi to seemingly everyone and their mum, I slipped away to get a drink. "Harry Styles..." I didn't recognize the man next to me until after staring a bit. My blood immediately boiled.
"Julian."
"How are you, man?"
"Fücking lovely, mate, thanks."
"Um..." He looked clearly confused as to why I was treating him this way. "Have you seen Hallie?"
"Nope."
"Oh. Well, she's around here somewhere." My entire body froze as he said this. She was here? "She said she saw you a couple'a weeks ago."
"You two still cozy?" I masked my surprise with bitterness towards the man who'd slept with her.
"Sorry?"
"Are you still screwing her?" He seemed taken aback.
"Wait...what? We were never-we didn't ever...?"
"You slept with her the night everything went to shit. M'not an idiot. Apparently it was in my bed too."
"Whoa, whoa, stop...I never slept with Hallie. Besides the kiss at the club, we never did anything. Who fücking told you that we did?" My head was spinning. Entirely ready to combust, actually. I heard him sigh and then he leaned against the bar top. and rubbed a hand over his face. "She told you, didn't she?" I stayed quiet while my teeth sunk deeper and deeper into my inner cheek. "Harry, man, I never would have let that happen, and she was too upset to have let it happen. Yeah, I had to sit with her practically all night cause she was a mess, but I never-I am not that guy."
"You said she's here?"
"She was talking to Suki when I came to get a drink." I said a quick thanks before darting away. I made sure not to look too desperate but my eyes were scanning around manically, searching for her. When I finally saw her-well, first off, it took my breath away. She took my breath away, but then again, she always took my breath away-she smiled, but it was a I need help kind of smile. She was talking to an older couple and they seemed just absolutely enthralled by her. I collected myself before stepping in.
"May I borrow her for just a bit?" They smiled and nodded before walking away.
"Thank you, jesus...I've been trapped in that conversation for about ten minutes now. Global warming is no longer a thing, apparently?" I chuckled but my head, it was gone. I was surprised that she allowed me to haul her away from the party until we were in an empty corridor. "Is everything-are you okay?"
"Did you sleep with Julian?" Her mouth opened and closed three times before it stayed closed and her eyes burned into mine. I couldn't believe how green they were, even in the dimly lit surrounding. "Why did you tell me that you did?"
"Because...I don't fucking know, okay? I was hurt and I wanted you to hurt too."
"You do realize that me hurting you was painful enough, yes?"
"Obviously not yes." I don't know why I was trying to make this an argument. The last thing I wanted was to fight with her, especially since she had been acting semi-normal. "Can we please go back out there?"
"Just...can you just stand here with me? For one minute, let's not go back out there or talk or think or...for one minute, can we just stand here? I'm not me and you're not you...we're just...us. One minute, for one minute just...stand here, please." She nodded, a ghost of a smile playing on her lips.
"One minute." We stood there in the hallway and I took every bit of her in without letting my eyes wander away from her light green ones. She had changed in the last eight months. Her skin wasn't as tan as it used to be, but it was still perfect. Her hair was darker and I thought she may have colored it, it was also a bit shorter. Only slightly. She was still the most beautiful thing I'd ever laid my eyes on. Just absolutely breathtaking. It couldn't have been more than thirty seconds before she let me slip two fingers around her pinky and ring fingers. The contact shook me to my very core. Her hands were a bit clammy, but they had always been that way. Especially in this heat. Our minute was cut short when a random man poked around the corner.
"Oops, sorry!" He was gone in an instant, but so was Hallie.
"We should get back out there. Julian is probably...and you probably..."
"Yeah." I cleared my throat and we began walking back out. No one even seemed to notice our absence, but I followed her anyway. Both of us stood side by side, looking for someone we knew.
"I don't even know why I'm here, I hate these kinds of things." I laughed because it was true. She detested this stuff. The glitz and the posh glamour that came along with Hollywood's notorious background.
"I know you do." She looked up at me before snatching a glass of champagne off a waitress's tray. "So, the movie? How is it?"
"Post production. I was telling-well, I was telling someone that it's set to release this coming Spring."
"That's amazing, Hallie. And it went well, yeah? Filming and all?"
"I think so, yeah. It was a really fun process. I hate New York though. It's awful. Cold is too cold and the hot is too hot."
"Los Angeles it is, then?"
"Never leaving this place." She said with a casual smile.
"Yeah, I've missed it."
"Where have you been?"
"Well, the break-don't know if you know, but we took a bit of a break these past few months, so that was definitely needed. But yeah, v'been in London and Cheshire...Dublin a bit with Niall. Just got back actually, couple'a weeks ago."
"I don't know how you do the cold."
"Grew up with it."
"Yes, but still...it's gross."
"Is it?" She had a bit of a lisp when she said the word gross. I'd always teased her for it. A smile broke on her face and she shook her head.
"Still not over that, I see."
"Don't think I'll ever be." I knew by the way she became slightly rigid, she knew what I'd really meant by that.
"Oh, hello, love!" I cleared my throat as Kelly came over and hugged Hallie.
"Hey Kelly, how are you?"
"I'm just grand, this party's a bore though..."
"Yeah, definitely not my scene. Julian and I were going to head to the Viper Room, this sick new band is playing in twenty minutes."
"You're going to the Viper Room?! We are too!" My eyes widened as my friend pulled this out of her arse.
"Were you really?" Hallie was clearly trying not to smile.
"Love that place, yes!"
"Well, I should go...but yeah, I guess we'll see you there then?"
"See you there, lovey! Drive safe!" I smiled at her as best as I could. "What's the Viper Room exactly?"
"What the hell, Kelly?!" I hissed as soon as she was out of earshot.
"You're welcome, prick."
"No, no, no...this is-this isn't good..."
"Please, Harry, tell me what's so bad about it? you spendin' a bit more time with that one? Cause if that's it, then I don't see the harm."
"I just...do you think she'll think-"
"You had no idea they were going there did you?"
"Guess not, no..."
"Then shut up. We're going." I groaned, suddenly feeling entirely too nervous. "But seriously, can you tell me what the Viper Room is?" This was going to be an...interesting night to say the least.
