____________Eighteen : Harry
I watched in awe as she stood in front of her closet. We had spent the entire weekend wrapped up in each other's arms, beneath the sheets...it had been perfect. But now it was Monday and we needed to ween ourselves back into reality, as frustrating as that was. After an hour long shower was taken together, I collapsed on the bed while she contemplated her day's attire. "Maybe I should just go out in this..." She was referring to the matching cotton bralette and panties she had on.
"No, don't feel like fighting off any crazy men today."
"Oh no? Not today?" I smiled at her and crawled off the mattress.
"No, don't think so." I slipped my arms around her waist and kissed the warm skin on her shoulder. "Maybe tomorrow."
"Hmm..." She hummed as my lips trailed over her neck. "Should I dress up for today? It shouldn't be too fancy, right?" She was going to see the first final viewing of the movie.
"No, I think you'll be fine with something casual...but then you do know how much I love it when you dress up..." I felt goosebumps rise on the surface of her skin and she swatted me away.
"I just shaved, you shithead!"
"M'sorry, baby..."
"Go...go away. Put some clothes on too."
"I don't want to put clothes on." I pulled her back to the bed and brought us downwards. A swift kiss was planted on her unsuspecting pout and she seemed to melt into it. "Postpone today."
"No."
"Alright, but at least let me relax you, yeah?" She shook her head.
"No, Harry, I have to go..."
"I only need a minute, love." She studied my face blankly for a little before groaning.
"I'm not returning the favor, otherwise, I'll be late."
"I don't need you to. I'll just whack off once you leave." She giggled and ran her fingers through my hair as I pulled the beige cotton down her tanned legs. The scent of Black Currant and Vanilla wafted lightly into my face and I wished so badly I could stay tucked between her thighs for the rest of the day. The second my tongue glided up her slit, her hips involuntarily bucked upwards. I worked her carefully, making sure each of my tactics were delivered perfectly. I knew just where she liked it, and when I slid two fingers in, I knew by the way she was anxiously pulling on my hair that she was close to her end. "You taste so lovely, lovely..." I decided to finish her off with a quick nip to her clït and the floodgates opened wide. My mouth purposefully took it's sweet time lapping everything up. I wasn't about to let anything special go to waste. "Well, I guess I can cancel my brunch with Cal."
"You're disgusting..." She breathed with a smile before pulling me down on top of her. "But I do love you."
"Are you relaxed enough?"
"I'm more than relaxed, thank you."
"I'll be here all week."
"Then it's onto another girl." My teeth tugged gently on her earlobe.
"No...s'only one girl for me and she happens to have a magical vagïna." A loud cackle echoed throughout the bedroom.
"There is something very wrong with you, Harry Styles."
"But you still love me."
"I do."
"You do." Shining green eyes bore into my own and I suddenly felt nervous and anxious and scared.
"I can't lose you." Her mood switched blatantly.
"I have told you again and again that you're not going to. I'm not going to leave you, especially if you don't give me a reason to."
"I know...I just...the thought..."
"You know what, Harry? I've been trying really hard to get over everything and move on but you keep bringing this up. You keep making me remember and I can't move on when you do that." I kissed her nose and her cheeks and her lips and her neck before shaking my head.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry...you're right, I'm sorry. Forgive me, yeah?"
"Just stop talking about the past. I don't want to talk about it anymore."
"We won't. I won't bring it up again, I swear it, Hallie, I swear it."
"I really need to go." She pushed me off of her and walked back to the closet. Something had changed. Something had set her off and I prayed she just needed a minute. I watched silently as she pulled a white romper off of a hanger. The color made her already tan skin look three shades darker and I admired every inch of her perfection. When she slid her feet into a pair of yoga mat Sanuks, I sat up on the edge of the bed.
"Did you want to do something tonight? Dinner in Santa Monica maybe?"
"Um...I'm not sure. I have to check." She was being cold and I knew it was because I'd brought up the past.
"Hal...?"
"What?" I moved back across the bed and wrapped my arms around her waist.
"Talk to me."
"I don't have anything to talk to you about."
"What are you thinking?"
"I'm thinking that I'm going to be late." I grabbed her hand before she could stray too far.
"We've had a really nice weekend, baby. I don't want you to shut me out, yeah?"
"I won't but I don't want you to bring up the past."
"The past is going to come up, Hallie. It's a part of us-"
"Yeah, a part of us that I don't want to dwell on."
"Okay, alright. I don't want to fight with you, I love you, I don't want us to fight." She sighed and stepped forward, into my arms.
"I don't either."
"I won't bring it up anymore, okay?"
"Thank you. But I really do have to go."
"Dinner tonight?" She stood up on her toes and kissed me.
"Eight o'clock?" Her pretty, infamous smile was already beginning to form.
"Eight o'clock." I didn't want to be away from her any longer than need be, but I let her walk out. "I love you, Hallie." She stopped at the door frame.
"I love you too, Harry."
