At the villa

Nic's POV

I was packing up my suitcase when I got the call. "Hi, I don't recognize this number, I think you have the wrong number" I said as I put more clothes in my suitcase. "Is this Nicolette Jackson?" A voice on the other end asked. "Yes, who is this?" I asked as I looked out the window. "I'm Micheal Donaheaux, I'm representing Dean Jackson who is suing you over the use of his name". In that moment I felt every emotion rip through my body all at once. "I'm sorry what?" I asked him as I was starting to get angry. "Nic, are you okay?" Tetsuro yelled as him and the boys ran into the room. "My dad's suing me" I yelled as I turned to look at him. "On what grounds?" Kei asked as I looked up at him, tearing forming in my eyes. "Over legal use of the name Jackson" I said as I balled my fist and hung up the phone. "What the fuck" Tetsuro said as he looked at me shocked.

"Doesn't he realize that it's your last name too?" Tetsuro spat as Kei looked up at him angrily. "He's just after your money" Kei said as he continued to hold me while I cried. "Fuck, I'm sorry he pulled this shit baby" Kou said as he gave me a hug. "Tetsuro, I need you to call Miles and have him prep a private jet for us, we need to get back to Tokyo as soon as possible to get this shit sorted out" Kei said as he rubbed my back. "I'm on it" Tetsuro said as he ran into the hallway and made the call. I felt all the bile in my stomach start to come up through my throat and I started to gag. "Kou get her a bucket, she's going to be sick" Kei said as Kou got me a bucket and I started to vomit through my tears. "Fuck, I've lost everything and now he wants to take my name" I said as I slammed my fist on the ground and cried out in pain. "I needed my dad, he was all I had left and now he's really fucked with me" I said as Kei pulled me into his chest.

"I know you're hurting, but we can fight this" Kei said as he hugged me. "You don't have to go through this alone, we have the best lawyers" Kei said as he rocked me. "I just need him to leave me the fuck alone" I said as he kissed my head. "I know baby" he said as he he rubbed my back as Tetsuro walked in the room. "The jet is ready to go when we are" Tetsuro said as Kei picked me up off the floor and carried me to the car. "Moose" I said as I held out my hand and he licked it, it was as if he was telling me that everything was going to be okay. "I have to go meet with him when we get back home, maybe we can settle this outside of court" I said as Kei buckled me into the car and Moose made himself comfortable on my lap. "Fuck" I said as we drove to the airport. I could feel Tetsuro place his hand on mine. "We are here for you" Kou said as we pulled into the airport.

"I just want to go home" I said as we got of the car and got onto the plane. "I'm so sorry to hear about your dad Nic" Merle said as she gave me a hug and I rested my chin on her shoulder. "It's fine, he'll regret ever fucking with Nic Jackson" I said to her as the jet took off and we headed back to Japan. "I felt the same way when my grandparents told me that they would sue me if I used my mom's maiden name when I became a model, I always thought that it was a sick joke" Tetsuro said as he held my hand. "I can't believe it, my last remaining family wants to take my name" I said as I cried in my hands and Kou rubbed my back. "Everything is going to work out Nic" Kei said as he held my hand and kissed it. "I hope so" I yelled as I picked up my wine glass and filled it up before taking a sip. "Let's stomp his little lawsuit" I yelled as Kei's face grew relaxed.

"We will don't worry" Kei stated as I looked at him. "I can always count on you to have my back" I said as I walked over to him and gave him a hug. "We always will" Kei mumbled as he kissed my head. "I know but I feel like shit for having you guys always help me with my problems" I said as I kissed him. "Your burdens are my burdens" Kei said as he kissed me. "We'll be landing soon so if you could please take your seats" the pilot said as we all took our seats. "Welcome back to Tokyo" Tetsuro said as he held me home. "Let's go face the masses" Kei said as he grabbed my hand and we walked off the plane together. "Nic, Nic!" The paparazzi yelled as the asked a multitude of questions. "Don't pay them any attention, focus on me Baby Girl" Kei said as we walked to our car and got in and closed the door before driving off to the house.
