Chapter 7

Night time, Vanessa and Rosean drinking while Yuma has been tied up upside down by Yami and his mouth has a handkerchief on it after he refused to let Rosean sleep with Yami "Hehe Yuma, you look better there!" she laughed loudly and he just gave her bored looks but then his attention went to Nacht who walked towards their location "I can't believe that after I left nothing changed on this squad" he sighed and frowned clearly he is not pleased with what he saw "What change are you looking forward to?" Rosean asked as she held her glass, Vanessa looked down being hurt because of what Nacht says "What changes? how about they learn to be more decent? probably they will earn my respect" he scoffed but before he could move his eyes widen in surprise as Rosean's Katana flew towards him.

Vanessa fell from her seat because of surprise and Yuma became alert, Nacht glared at Rosean her arm was still up in his direction but she's not looking at him "You know, your arrogance hit my nerve earlier but I want to keep calm as much as possible" she stood and her katana flew back to her, she fixed her bun and gave Nacht deadly glare, her cheeks were tinted pink, Nacht use his shadow magic to trap Rosean but she was able to jump "What about before you complain learn to stay with them!?" she shouted, he glared at her "Look who's talking, you're not even part of the squad-" before he could even react Rosean was already on his front and slashing her sword on his neck well he was able to move back a little "That was fast" he smiled and hit Rosean's chin with his palm, she groaned and fell on the floor, Yuma used all his strength to destroy the rope hand flew towards Rosean, Nacht tilted his head "Oh wow you really look like me! and your mana...I can feel how strong it is" Yuma frowned, he knows that he is nothing against Nacht but he is more than willing to risk his life just to protect Rosean "I Don't care about your words but if you dare to touch Rosean again, I won't hesitate to kill you" Nacht sharpened his eyes while smiling "But she threatened me first" Rosean held Yuma "Yuma, that's enough he is right I attacked him first" she wiped the blood on her lips and glare on Nacht "Don't you dare touch Yuma" he smiled "Interesting, there must be an special bond between the two of you" Nacht calmed himself and decided to looked away "I'm sorry, if I hurt you Lady Rosean I just hate it when people interfering my business" she sighed "I got it, you just want the best for your squad" Nacht smiled at her "Like whay I said, I hated them for their behavior" he walked back to his room, Rosean held Yuma's arm and caress his back "Yuma, you shouldn't challenge him!" he frown "I am your guardian Rosean! if something happens to you, I Don't know what will happen!" he sighed, Magna picked up Vanessa "I think you should call it for tonight" He said before bringing Vanessa on the sofa.

That night, Rosean slept in the living room.

Morning, Nacht smiled at Rosean "Can we talk?" she gasped and nodded but Yami held her hand "I think it's necessary for me to know why do you want to talk with my guest" Nacht shook his head "I think there are some personal things that you Don't have to know" Yami frowned but then Rosean squeezed his hand gently and smiles at him before she stood and Nacht guided her towards the garden.

Meanwhile, Yuma and Nero are on their bird form they are looking on the two from the top of a tree "Heh your companion seems to be overprotective" Nacht said while smiling "Yes, that is correct" she looked on the distance "Your magic is not a joke, are you a devil's host as well?" he asked, Rosean shook her head "No, but my mom told me that I was cursed when I was a kid" Nacht turned his body towards her "Cursed? by who?" shs sighed "By a powerful devil, mom says that he loves her so much that it became obsession. When my mom and father got married he cursed me that I will be the strongest on my clan but when time comes I will die when my magic consumes my body" he nodded "How will you undo that curse?" she looked on him "I have to kill that devil" he nodded "I know you can, I'll be leaving now please watch those brats while I was gone" she chuckles "Do you think I'm still here once you return?" he shook his head "I Don't know, but one thing I'm sure...you are amazing and I wish I will have chance to fight you again" she laughed a little "I'll wait for that day to come, Faust" he smiled before he walks away.

Yuma and Nero looked on each other and they flew towards the open window on the second floor as Rosean went in.

"Where's Nacht?" Yami asked, she smiled "He left already" Yami grumble on his seat "That's better" Magna said as he put his arms at the back of his head and smirks, Rosean smiled at Yami.

"Captain Yami" she called him right before he go to the comfort room "What?" he asked "Let's depart tomorrow, I know that the flowers were still not blooming up until now but we need to make progress before it's too late" he nodded "I understand" she was about to turn around but then he grabbed her on the arm and pulled her close to him, his other arm was on her back  "What does Faust told you?" he asked "Why does it important to you?" she feel annoyed because of his sudden movement "Are you kidding me?" she sense his aura getting darker but she did not let him intimidate her "Just simple things, he expressed his feelings towards Yuma and me" she pushes him a little  "Oh feelings huh? I don't know that bastard have that...unless he is interested with you" she realized that he is being jealous "Well, he does interested with me but not in romantic way" she chuckles and Yami let her go "He is interested to fight with me" Yami smirks "I got it, let's talk later I still have some business to do" she tilted her head when he walk towards the toilet but she just shrugged her shoulders.

Yuma and Nero was seating to a tree as a birds, Nero give him a bored face he did the same thing then they both flew down and transformed as human "Alright, what do you want?" Nero asked "A friend" Yuma scratched the back of his head "Friend?" Nero asked, he nodded "You can transform as bird so I want to be your friend" she smiled at him "Sure! I'm gladly to be your friend!" Yuma held both of her hands and she gasped "Thank you, Nero!" she can see how happy he is.

Rosean we're looking for Yuma but she can't find him, she's alone now "Hmp! Yumaaaa!" she called him but he did not respond, she looked in his room but couldn't find him.

She went down to the dungeon of Yami's pet as saw Asta was about to feed it "Asta" she waved at him "Oh Lady Rosean" she stopped and faced the beasts "Can I feed them?" Asta gasped "Ah hehe Lady Rosean, they are not easy to feed! they will devour you too!" he laughed nervously but he knows he can't say no to her "That's fine" she took the cooking tong from his hand, the beast starts growling at her, but when she looks directly at their eyes they all behave "Woaaah! h-how did you do that!? only Yami-san can do that!" she smiled sweetly at him "heh well, if you show them that they are dominant than you for sure they will devour you" she looked back on the beasts and fed them.

Lunch time, they were all surprised to see her cooking, Charmy is drooling, Finral finds her attractive seeing her flawless nape and the way she moves in the kitchen "Lady Rosean~ are you looking for a date? you know, I'm available" she gasped and looked at Finral on her side but then Yami grabbed his head and he shrieks "Seems like you were looking for your death already huh, brat?" Yami said an intimidating tone, Rosean shook her head and continued chopping the vegetables.
