Chapter 15

Yuma opened his eyes and saw Yami sitting beside him "Oh you finally awake birdie" he gave him a bored look, he just stared at Yami for awhile analyzing what had happened "Speak" he blinked and cleared his throat "To make a long story short, I was roaming around the forest when I was caught by some ropes and I fell asleep. When I woke up I was already at the outskirts of the forest" Yami nodded, "You got possessed, Do you know that? I can't believe even the strongest guardian I ever met would experience something like this" He looked away "Yesterday, when I told them I want to train them I Don't have any idea that I am possessed not until I lost control of my magic" he raised his hands and looked on it "I even hurt Nero! I hurt everyone!" he trembles as his tears fall from his eyes, Yami just looks at him "When that happens, I hid my grimoire so whoever is trying to control me won't use it against your squad" Yami nodded "Now I understand why it is on the bushes. Do you know that you stabbed Rosean earlier?" Yuma's eyes widened as he looked at Yami "What!? I-I did what?" he can't believe what he heard "You did and we even fought, I almost killed you if she did not interfere" Yuma got up and sat on his bed "Where is she?" Yami stood "She's in her room, she was here earlier" Yuma got up immediately.

He saw her sleeping on her bed, he immediately approached her and gently caress her cheek "Rosean" Yami squeezed his shoulder "Leave her alone, she's taking a rest" he stood and faced Yami "I can't forgive myself!" Sukehiro frowned and hit Yuma on the hit, he groan and glare at Yami "What are you saying huh!? stop crying! as a guardian you should be always strong!" he remained silent for a while but after a while he blinked and sigh "You Don't understand! I'm being frustrated!" he shouted "Oy you two! did you guys just came here to make noise!?" they both gasped and...

"OUCH!" Rosean hit them both.

Yuma is frowning while sitting on the window of his room, Yami was frowning at living room "What happened?" Magna is the only one who have guts to asked him and sat beside him "Birdie is so dramatic!" He crossed his arms together while frowning.

Yuma came and he looked at everyone, they all looking at him "I'm sorry for what I've done and thank you for stopping me" he looked down and took a deep breath "If you guys want uhm I'll for another place to stay" Asta gasped "But you're not in control when it happens and besides, Lady Rosean needs you" Yuma looked at him "But I'm still guilty, Asta!" he shouted "Yuma" he looked behind him and saw Rosean crossing her arms then she walked towards him, she stood right on front of him "Lady Rosean, I was planning to...to leave.."he looked down, she stare at him for awhile.

"You know I've been with you for almost half our life, right? now what makes you decide to leave me behind?" he looked on her "I Don't think you still need me, Rosean. You already have him" he pointed Yami "I see. Was that it? did Yami asked you to go?" she tilted her head "No, it's my own decision" she squint her eyes clearly not pleased with his answer "But we promised that no matter what happen we will always be together, right?" he stare at her for awhile.

Rosean smiled and pat Yuma's cheek "Alright if that's what will make you happy then I won't hold you anymore. I want you to find your happiness" Yuma smiled back to her "Thank you" he hugged her tightly then he turn around to everyone "Thank you for your kindness to me even in a short time of staying here" he pat Asta on the head "Be strong and be the magic Emperor" Asta nodded and smiled, he walked towards Yami with a serious looked on his face "Take care of her. My duty is done as her guardian now it's your turn to look after her" Yami took a deep breath "Was that your final decision?" he nodded "Yes" he sighed "No worries she's in the good hands" Yuma smiled and for the final time he faced Rosean "Bye...partner" Rosean stared at him and nodded slightly, he walk towards the door.

While he was walking away, his footsteps were heavy and he felt the heavy feeling on his heart, for the last time he looked back at the Black bulls headquarters and stopped upon seeing Rosean standing at the doorway together with the Blackbulls.

Rosean feels devastated because of Yuma's decision but then she knows it's the best for him "I Don't know that I've been holding his freedom for quite long time. Every decision he made was based on how I feel" Sukehiro patted her back "It's his decision to serve you, you Don't have to feel guilty or what" she took a deep breath, he knows that she just trying to hold her tears so he hugged her tightly "It's okay, even the strongest tree were shaking when the storm came" she bit her lower lips and hugged Yami and that's the time she lost it, she finally cried.

Yuma turned around and transformed as eagle, he flew away without knowing where he will go.

FEW DAYS AFTER

Yami and Rosean became busy with training "No hahaha" she was laughing when she dodges his attack "That's unfair! all you did was dodging my attacks!" Yami smirks and tried to attack her again "That because..." he was surprised when out of no where Rosean jumps at his back "That's just an illusion" she chuckles, he turned around and counter her attack "I know haha but I'm still surprised with you unbelievable speed" she winked at him "I was trained well" she jumped away from him "Well, too bad I'm not gentle as your guardian" she gasped when he grabbed her wrist and swayed her towards a tree "What?" she was able to kick the tree and regain her composure "I know" she twirled towards him while her sword was pointed at him"Magic creation: Tunnel of illusion" he gasped when he got swallowed by darkness but after awhile all he can see was mirrors, he can see himself through it "Hehe find me" he looked around and tried to looked for her but she is nowhere to be seen until he noticed that his reflections were moving by theirselves but when he blinked it went back to normal "What?" he turned around which is a wrong move for him because Rosean took it as opportunity to slash him at back "Ah! what the hell! you brat!" he turned around but all he saw is his reflections, he tried attacking the mirror but his attack bounce back at him, he got confused and his mind keeps trying to process what's happening "Captain Yami, come on what's happening to you?" she teased him "You leave me no choice" she gasped when she felt that his magic increased "Dark Cloaked Dimension Slash: Equinox!" She covered herself with her cape.

Sukehiro was able to destroyed her Tunnel of illusion and she got thrown up to the sky because of the impact, almost half of the forest and field got destroyed "Captain Yami!" everyone on headquarters felt his mana and they ran towards the direction of it to check what's happening.

Yami looked around to looked for Rosean but then he heard her screaming while falling from the sky, he catches her "Woah!" She held on his neck and laughed "Waaaah! you almost killed me!" he gave her a bored look which made her laugh even more "That was amazing! Do it again!" she's like a kid and even kicking her feet because of excitement "What? are you insane? and how dare you to slash me at my back huh? how dare you to hurt me for real!" she pouted and kissed him on the cheek "But you just used one of your poweful magic to me! aren't you worried that I might have been killed by it?" he raised his eyebrow "I know you won't die that easy! besides, you're still alive as of now!" he laughed, she was about to go down but he refused "Let's go back at the base" she nodded hugged him.

"Yami san! Lady Rosean what's happening!? was there an attack!?" Vanessa asked while gasping for air "No, we're just training" Yami said "What!? training!?" Magna looked around "Are you guys crazy!? you destroyed half of this field!" Magna said, Luck chuckles "I wish I can train with the two of you!" Rosean smiled at him.

On the other hand, Yuma was currently residing at an apartment at the Capital, he was also doing some research regarding to the place where Rosean was planning to go when out of nowhere an messenger owl appeared and handed him a letter, he open it and read it, his eyes widened in surprised.
