Surprisingly, I felt very comfortable when I woke up. Too comfortable. Unbelievably comfortable. So uncomfortable that it was making me nervous. When I opened my eyes, I almost lost my mind.

Yuxuan was very close to me. My front was pressed against his. He had his strong arms wrapped around my waist firmly as if he feared that I would run off somewhere.

His forehead was directly in front of mine. It was only now that I realized, this man wasn't at all bad looking. His jaw was incredibly sharp, and his lips looked very soft. Although his eyes were small, they always held an intense glare. But when he wasn't in protective mode, and his face softened, he appeared to be very charming.

In London, if this man had his hair styled well, and if he had money, he'd be considered a package that many women would want. He was very fit and lean. Perhaps it was because of all the running around and climbing he did.

And the marks on his arms. Who did them? Were they people he knew? Did he do it to himself? I thought it was dirt or paint at first, but I realized that they were attached. I wondered what the drawings and swirls symbolized.

Was he perhaps a slave? A slave that escaped captivity? What if the markings represented a price? I hoped not.

Why was his hair so long? Was it a custom? He had a sharp spear before, so did he never take an interest in cutting his hair?

I ran my hands through his long frizzy strands, and I regretted it. The moment I touched him, his eyes shot open. He blinked a few times and realized what I was doing. Instead of reacting surprised, he leaned in closer and moaned softly.

Was he satisfied with this? I pulled my hand away quickly. "Good morning," I greeted him out of kindness. I hoped he didn't think that my action earlier was weird. I was only curious and didn't realize what I was doing until I started doing it.

"Hello, Alex," He responded gently, mimicking my tone. I'm glad he remembered the greeting. "How are you?" He asked, and for a moment I forgot this man wasn't fluent in English.

"Hungry. But I'm doing alright."

He furrowed his eyebrows at me, and I realized that my lessons didn't expand beyond the basics. "I'm sorry, I'm good. How are you?"

Yuxuan reached over me. I heard a pluck sound before he relaxed his frame, and he handed me a big bright pink flower. "Happy," he placed it in between my fingers.

I suddenly felt hot. I grasped the situation I was in. Alone, with a strong man, a man that I observed and found to be very handsome. In his arms and holding a flower that he had given me.

Things could go wrong very quickly if this continued. I sat up immediately and fanned my face, trying to cool myself off. It wasn't only the weather making me feel this way.

"Well... um... yes, I suppose that's good that you feel happy. Haha..." I giggled anxiously and brushed a loose curl of my hair behind my ear.

Maybe it was time for me to teach him more English. I crawled over the sleeping tiger and to my bag before pulling out my notebook. Once Yuxuan saw, he frowned and stood up immediately.

"Hey! Where are you going?" I hissed when I spotted him walking away. "Come back here!"

"No," He replied, and I was shocked that he learned to refuse. I wanted to shout at him, to scold him, but I couldn't. I was beyond amazed that he learned that word.

"What do you mean 'no'? You have to study!" I gestured to the notebook. Yuxuan refused to look. "Yuxuan! Are you listening to me?" I snapped in his face. "If you don't study I won't be able to communicate with you! Fool!"
