Logan's POV
I was stuck in loser class with my team and Team Chris is Really Hot, all because The Amazons had won the last challenge.
I couldn't help but feel a mix of anger and sadness when Chris called me into the elimination room to witness Duncan's departure. Sure, I had that outburst with him a few hours prior, but it still hurt to see him get kicked off the show. And to make matters worse, we were about to be eliminated by being thrown out of an airplane. How were we supposed to get back home if we were stranded in the middle of nowhere?
All the while, Owen was screaming at the top of his lungs, terrified of the hazardous plane and his fear of flying.
"I'm too young to die!" the blonde wailed from across the room.
The plane shook violently, causing rusty nails to rain down from the ceiling.
"Stop sweating, lunchbox. Air travel is like the fifteenth safest mode of transportation," Noah tried to reassure him, though his words did little to ease the panic. "Unless, of course, you're in a death trap."
As the plane continued to rattle, a patched-up hole in the wall suddenly gave way, creating an open space through which anyone could be sucked out.
"Like this one!" Noah shouted over the deafening wind. I tightened my grip on my seatbelt, only to have it tear apart in my hands.
"Just great," I muttered under my breath.
Meanwhile, Leshawna desperately clung to the bench, digging her nails into it to stay put. But her grip eventually slipped, and she began sliding toward the hole. Just as she was about to be pulled out, Alejandro reached out and grabbed her in the nick of time.
"No way a beauty like you is falling through a giant airplane hole on my watch," he smoothly complimented Leshawna, pulling her close to his chest. Harold scowled in response.
Owen's seatbelt also gave way, sending him hurtling toward the hole. Luckily, the wind had died down, and our screams had ceased, except for Owen's continuous wailing.
"I could've done that. I just prefer to leave the ladies wanting more," Harold boasted, turning to face DJ and me as Owen remained stuck in the hole.
"She definitely wants more, but it's all about Alejandro," DJ swooned. We glanced over at the warm-skinned teen who was now holding Leshawna.
"Ha, DJ. You know nothing about women."
"Are you really sure about that?" I asked Harold, motioning towards the other side of the room.
There was Leshawna, completely lost in Alejandro's gaze.
"You can put me down now. If you want to. Or not. Ha, it's your choice. Because this feels nice," she stammered, captivated by Alejandro's presence. He responded with a tender yet confident smile.
DJ and I turned back to Harold, who wore a disappointed frown.
"Mmhm, sure. Nothing," DJ smirked.
It was quite amusing to see Alejandro playing the puppeteer, effortlessly drawing in the girls of Team Victory and Team Chris. I couldn't quite understand how his charm could be so effective, especially in such a short span of time, but I knew I had to be cautious around him.
"Not that this isn't interesting, but... HELP! MY BUTT IS BEING SUCKED OUT OF A PLANE!" Owen screeched from the hole.
For a moment, I had almost forgotten that he was still trapped in there.
"This is your captain speaking. It's time for everyone to join me in the common area. And I mean everyone!" Chris announced over the PA.
The teens and I all looked between each other and the two hundred ninety six pound blonde.
