I don't know what happened, but chapter 18 was suddenly published without my knowledge, and it was still not done and supposed to be on draft.

Jennie's POV

I woke up early for today's Sunday Mass, I was assigned to be the lecture as per the schedule. As I walked inside the church, I heard my phone rang and my lips curve as I saw Lisa's name on the screen.

"Good morning," I greeted her as I put my bag on the table and sited beside Irene, I mouthed her a good morning, but she only smiled, and make herself busy with her phone. My brows creased confused as to who she was texting.

"Where are you?" I heard Lisa ask over the phone.

"I'm at church it's my schedule to be the lecture for today," I said to her, and I heard her humm before she ended the call. I was about to say something to her, but I guess it could wait.

After what happened yesterday, Lisa drove me home after my father called, and I had no choice but to obey him even if I wanted to be with Lisa at that time. And so far, I've got what I wanted, and all I need to do is to trust her.

"I guess everything went well yesterday?"Irene asked when she's done with her phone and put it on her table.

"You have no idea what has happened," I said as I stood up and fixed my uniform in front of the mirror.

"Come on, tell me," she said and went to me while holding my hands. "From the look on your face, I guess it's good news," and when I nodded my head, she squell so loud that I ended up covering her mouth.

The two of us will going to get caught because of how loud she is.

"Irene, remember no one must know about this," I said, and when she was about to respond, someone knocked on the door we both look at the wall clock and our brows creased when we still have 30 minutes left before the mass starts.

I walked towards the door and gently opened it, but what shocked me when Seulgi was standing outside. I look back at Irene, wanting to know what was happening, and she seems expecting Seulgi to be here when they both waved to each other.

"Ahh, what is happening?"I asked, but no one seemed to hear me when Seulgi just entered immediately and gave me a bouquet of flowers and a little box.

Even confused, I still accepted what she gave as she went to Irene and gave her another flower too.

"What's this?"I said, louder, hoping they could at least talk to me when they are both lost with their conversation.

"Right, Lisa gave that to you,"

My heart drums against my chest, and I can't able to process what she means.

"Lisa, what?"I asked, wanting to confirm something, and she only smiled and winked at me.

"Read the letter," and I immediately look for the letter that she meant. I felt myself getting more excited when I found it, I put everything in my table as I read the letter.

Good morning, I hope this will make your day better. Even though I wanted to give this to you personally but I don't want to give you any more trouble.

As I read the first paragraph, my heart immediately melted by her words, I appreciated it so much, and I was not expecting all of these from the person like Lisa. I mean, she was cold, and I admit she's not a good person, but from the thought that she gave me all of this, it made me so happy.
