Chapter 6: The hidden game part 2 + Into the pit

You incarnate a princess carrying a lantern who has to light up braziers hidden in the dark. You have to avoid weird shadow bunny heads while lighting the rooms up. You find keys that allow you to open some doors. Once you reach the final room, you are surrounded by darkness, facing a strange purple glitching grimace, then the whole screen glitches and the game closes.

"That was... odd."

Afterwards, you hastily leave the room and exit the Glamrock Beauty Salon. While crossing the Fazcade once again, you are attracted by a purplish gloom.

" - Hold on, guys. Let's get back to the Fazcade.

- Why? Do you want to take revenge?

- No, I wasn't talking about that part of the area.

- If you're talking about DJ Music Man, he only wakes up at 2 PM.

- There is something out there.

- [Y/n], you've been acting unusual since we found that secret arcade machine.

- Maybe. I still think we should go there.

- Alright then. We have plenty of time anyway."

You walk into the room where the so called DJ Music Man is sleeping. Taking a closer look, you realize he's actually unsettling. You walk a long corridor to find at the end of it another arcade, quite similar to the first one you found.

"This one souldn't be here either."

Ryan tries to insert a Fazcoin in the machine, but it doesn't seem to accept it.

" - What's wrong with this one?!

- Chill out, Ryan. Let me try it." You suggest.

You take his place and insert the Fazcoin in the slot. The screen lights up, showing you the main menu.

"Well, I guess I have magic hands." You giggle.

This time, the princess carries with her a sword in addition to her torch. The principle is still the same: light up the fire pits, collect the keys, open the doors, avoid the monsters lurking in the shadows. However, you can now kill those atrocities with your light sword. The last door you open leads you to a certain security office.

"Why does this look familiar?"

The screen glitches and turns black. The same purple face from the first game appears and takes all the space from the screen. Under it, you can distinctively read in purplish letters:

"I always come back".

Then, everything turns black.

" - Is this some kind of cursed game?

- Seems like some weird shit is going on down there."

You step back from the machine.

"Let's go somewhere less creepy."

You retrace your steps and get back to the main alley. You decide to go to the east of the pizzaplex and find the Superstar Daycare.

" - [Y/n], I dare you to get in there by the slide, Ryan sneers.

- Only if you guys come with me.

- Fine, but you go first.

- Of course."

You get into the slide and find yourself in a ball pit a few seconds later.

"Please, not the ball pit! That's when monsters hide." 

At least, this is what you believed when you were a child.

You get up and try to get out of the pit when you feel someone grabbing you from beneath your arms. You see a sunny smiling face very close to yours.

" - Helloooo! New friend! You're sure up late! Are we having a slumber party? Where are all your friends?

- They are following me. Now can you please put me down?

- Sure!"

Your friends stare at both of you.

" - What is... this? Ryan asks, perplexed.

- I guess this is the daycare attendant?

- Well, well, well! Here are your friends! That's amazing! I hope you brought your pyjamas!

- We didn't, sunny boy.

- That's sad! I thought we could enjoy a great time together."

Then he seems to realize you aren't kids.

" - Wait a minute! How old are you?

- Between 16 and 20 years old.

- What are you doing here?! This place is for children! You shouldn't be here! Security alert! Security alert! Wooo! Woooo!"

You quickly leave the Superstar Daycare, not wanting to get in trouble.
