The next day coming Ash battle in way though the tournament everyday and the last person ash battle before he battle Lance and after Ash win against that person he was up against Lance
The next come and Lance stomach upset him very bad and got sick middle of the battle with Ash who the Challenger that Lance was battle when Lance got very sick
Ash: Lance Clair on her way I know you not looking so good you should go home and get rest
Lance: Ash what about you where are you going to stay at caz your visit Jotho again when I get home I will rest but I'm worried about you thought right now ( super sick voice)
Clair: ( walk in and help Lance up and Ash on the other side of Lance) I found a place for Ash to stay at caz he can stay with us at blackthorn city at our house ( and what she means by that she lives with her cousin in the same place but different rooms)
In the car
Lance: sorry Ash I not feeling very well we count this battle when I fully recovered and better of being sick it not your fault this happened ( super sick voice and he feels bad caz of what happened)
Ash: Lance is not your fault you got very sick it happened and I understand Lance it better for you to rest to get better and we will battle after you full recovery after what happened to you and is ok you don't need to feel Bad for stopping the battle you can't even stand without being in a lot of pain caz of your stomach
( Lance ate to much subway sandwiches and that's why is stomach upset him)
Back at clair and Lance apartment ash help clair get Lance in bed and Clair worry when Lance looked really bad when he was sick and Ash was the one who called clair earlier and Lance drinks water to calm down his upset stomach Lance didn't drink pop caz it would have upset his stomach it take 20 weeks to get better than to fully recovered
Lance: I have a bad headache now let me get full recovery then we will battle again where we left off on ( Ash feeling his forehead caz Ash a lot worry and Ash was hoping his fever broke up )
Ash: ok Lance
( After 20 weeks Lance got better and waiting for ash but Ash was late caz Ash got sick the day but only ash had a panic attack caz of Giovanni)
Lance: office jenny stop Giovanni now
Office jenny: ( arrest Giovanni again and put him back in jail)
Lance: I'm here for you Ash ( hands down to help him up)
Ash: I'm fine battle but I know Lance ( got up from the help of Lance)
Lance: ok but if you get worse I will stop the battle caz of safety reasons
Ash: ok and thank for you help Lance
Lance: ( hug ash ) your welcome Ash I'm always here for my family and friends
( They battle and a whole week later ash got a call from Volkner to visit Shinnoh )
On the phone
Ash: hey Volkner
Volkner: hey Ash do you want to visit Shinnoh 3 weekend from now
Ash: yea see you then
Volkner: ok see you at the airport that day

Lance: 3 weekend from now this tournament will be done so you go to Shinnoh after the tournament is done here
Ash: yea
Lance: just be careful with your panic attack there if team rocket does anything let me know and Volkner to
