No Longer "Interesting"

Despicable and Anagapesis are long words

It was despicable really. If he hadn't seen worse things, he would say this is the worst thing he's ever seen. How can they just do that? Who do they think they are?

"Why is there a jester? Why can't there be a prince and princess?" Kai argued.

"What difference would it make if there was a prince and princess?" Jamil asked.

"It would show that there are heirs! Without an heir to take over, the kingdom would fall apart!"

"But without a jester, how would they have fun?" Kalim interjected.

"There are plenty of ways to have fun without a jester! Like this!" Floyd squeezes his ear fins and sticks his tongue out like they are children to prove his point.

Where did he go wrong? Maybe his life would be different if he went to another highschool. Maybe if he chose another moray eel to become his wife.

What would've happened if he kicked Melania out and made her take one of the kids. What if she took Floyd? Jade? What would it be like raising one son without her?

What if Melania died of some disease or wasn't cut out for this life? What if she said no? What if the twins decided to just elope with that octopus instead?

"Maybe the queen had a secret intimate relationship with the jester? Maybe the king had a secret intimate relationship with the jester?" Jade knew that the conversation was pointless, but making theories that make no sense is fun.

Actually, if the twins did decide to elope with the octopus, he would send them money for the elopement and honeymoon. And send the octopus an apology card.

"Maybe the jester was secretly a step sibling?" Was the theory Kai had chosen.

Sullivan decided to swim a little closer to the group. He knew how to make sure others couldn't detect his movement in the water. He was close enough for him to see them perfectly, but they can't see him and he can't see them.

"Maybe the prince and princess didn't want to be a part of the clams. They could be teenagers rebelling against their parents." Ruggies theory.

"I'd say that the jester is actually the kids in disguise." Bless Kalim, he was the only one who didn’t nearly jump out of their tail from Sullivan speaking up.

“If that was true, that would mean there would be 2 jesters. And how would the parents not recognize their own child?” Was what Kalim blurted before Jamil promptly shut the heirs mouth.

Everyone stared at Sullivan for a good minute after the older moray came around to reveal himself to them. Only the twins knew who he was, everyone else thought he was trouble, they were right.

"What game were you guys playing? I'm a bit of a gambler so I should be an expert on anything you throw at me."
