- Hoshi and Norman are working inside the Ice cream shop. Hoshi was expecting both Tobias and Jay to visit them. It's rare they can visit since it's a far drive from their home to the Ice cream shop so it was a special event for Hoshi. In the meantime, instead of waiting and doing nothing Hoshi works on making balloon animals for the kids while Norman serves ice cream. They both found having one do a side activity for the younger audience can get them more tips. And more appreciation. Hoshi has a few people who return and remember him. Norman has to hold him back from giving discounts to them. Norman keeps checking the clock, already wanting to leave for the day. They still had another 30 minutes until closing, which was perfect since Jay and Tobias would be arriving around that time! About 20 minutes later the store goes empty and Norman prepares to close. Hoshi packs away his entertainment things, placing them in storage. Norman and Hoshi exit the shop, Norman locking it since Hoshi has no idea on how to. The two wait outside for a bit before Hoshi gets a call from Tobias. Hoshi picks up as quickly as he can. -
Hoshi - "Hey Toby!!! Are you guys here yet? I don't see you.. did you find parking or whatever it's called..?"
Tobias - "Hey Hoshi.. sorry but.. we might not be able to visit.."
- Hoshi goes quiet for a moment. He than feels someone tap him on the shoulder. He looks back and sees yuri. He gasps, tightly hugging her. -
Hoshi - "YURI!!! I MISSED YOU SO MUCH!!"
- Yuri begins to cry, hugging Hoshi tightly. Hoshi smiles, patting her back. -
Yuri - "HOSHI! I HAVENT SEEN YOU IN TWO HOURS!"
Hoshi - "Oh yeah, we FaceTimed earlier! That was fun! Where's Tobias and Jay?"
Yuri - "Tobias got you a gift so Jays helping him gain confidence to go give it to you.. I didn't care to help him honestly.. I don't get your relationship.. but as long as your happy!"
Hoshi - "He got me a gift..? WHY! I TOLD HIM NOT TOO!"
Yuri - "You know how humans are, they can't resist.. I'll go check on them!"
- Yuri runs back to the van, Hoshi looking at Norman and smiling. Norman smiles back at him, hugging him. -
Norman - "I'll let you have your family time. Are they staying over tonight in the apartment?"
Hoshi - "Yep! I offered them to stay the night since it's pretty late right now.. imagine driving 2 hours and only staying for a short while.. we're gonna have the best sleep over ever!"
Norman - "Huh, alright than! I can grab snacks for everyone at the shops near the house. Just send me a text message on what they want."
Hoshi - "Righto than! See ya in a bit norm!"
Norman - "Cya!"
- Norman walks off, Hoshi waving goodbye. Hoshi than waits a bit until Yuri returns. -
Yuri - "HOSHI LOOK NICE YOUR HUSBANDS COMING!"
Hoshi - "What! I thought I looked great today..!"
Yuri - "Hm.. let me see!"
- Yuri looks at Hoshi closely, fixing his bangs a bit. She smiles and laughs -
Yuri - "I'm kidding! You always look great! Because I'm the one that gave you style~! Remember the first day we met! I can't believe how much we've grown! Like I mean look at us! We- you have a job now! And we're not living on fear too! That's just.. awesome!"
Hoshi - "Come on, you've grown as well! You've gotten way stronger than before and your like.. still super cool!"
- Hoshi and Yuri rant about the past, giggling and laughing about how silly they used to be. Tobias and Jay finally join the two. Tobias looks way to embarrassed to say anything. Hoshi squeals, jumping onto both of them. -
Hoshi - "JAY!!! TOBIAS!! I MISSED YOU TWO SO MUCH!"
Jay - "HOSHI!!! HOW ARE YOU!! It's been so long! I thought I told you to call me when you got to the apartment! You never answered my calls!?"
Yuri - "Yeah cus he's on FaceTime with me 24/7.. duh!"
Jay - "...okay that makes some sort of sense.. Anyways, Tobiassss has a little thing for you! Tobias tell him!!! I need to see some of this romance!"
- Yuri and Jay step back a bit, watching the two from a distance. Tobias stands up, brushing himself off. He than helps Hoshi stand up. Yuri whispers to Jay. -
Yuri - "This guy might be good enough for my brother.. your thoughts on this situation?"
Jay - "uh.. just as long as their happy..?"
- Jay shrugs confused, Yuri nodding in agreement. Tobias then grabs a plush from behind his back. It's a little Yoshi plush. He hands it to Hoshi, laughing softly. Hoshi tilts his head, looking at the plush curiously -
Hoshi - "Hm? I've never seen this character before! It's so cute!"
Tobias - "It reminds me of you. Your names are even similar! Yoshi and Hoshi.."
- Hoshi takes a minute to process, his pupils expanding after as he giggles. He hugs Tobias tightly, smiling. Tobias giggles, petting Hoshi on the head. -
Hoshi - "That's so silly but also very nice if you! Thanks!"
- Hoshi kisses Tobias on the cheek, holding his hand In his right hand and holding the plushies hand in his left hand. He runs back to Jay and Yuri to show them what Tobias got him. They both already knew what it is but they didn't want to hurt Hoshi's feelings. -
Yuri - "so.. slumber party time?"
Hoshi - "Oh yeah! I totally forgot! We better get goin!"
- Hoshi runs off with Tobias, Yuri practically dragging Jay. This was gonna be a fun night.. for most of us.. -
