PRESENT SCENE 29: [TZUYU]

Today is the day...

The special day for our company...

"I'm so proud of you, babe."  I smiled to my beloved fiancé who is now fixing my necktie. I'm so lucky to have someone who's very caring and supportive as her.

 She's so beautiful, what did I even do right to deserve someone like her?

"Don't smile at me like that I might die right now."  I said poking her nose.

"Hey! What did I told you about making jokes about dying huh?" she said then hit me in my chest while I laugh. "Tzuyu, baby I think you should go now. You don't wanna get late don't you?" she said that made my smile fade. I don't want to leave yet. I missed her so much.

"But Elkie..." I wasn't able to finish my words when she shush me using her pointing finger. "No 'buts' Chou Tzuyu. You better listen to your ex fiancé." she said while smiling at me. A tear then started to fall on my cheeks. I held her hand and put it on my cheek. "When will I see you again?" I really don't want to leave yet, I really miss her. "When you need me again." I always need you Elkie. "But I always need you-" 

"I said no 'buts' right?"  I sighed and nodded at her. Elkie removed her hands on my face and sit on my bed.  "And you know I like that new girl in your company... What's her name again? Sana? Is it Sana?" Sana... yeah right... my fake fiancé. "I guess I am right. Tzuyu, you should treat her right and stop fucking around you know. I think Sana is going to take care of you more than I do... I can see it." Her? Oh, c'mon! Didn't she see how that lady blackmailed me and uses me to get what she wants?

I walk in front of her and said, "No one's gonna treat me like you do. No one's gonna replace you Elkie." It's true though, no one's gonna top her. Elkie is just different from others, I saw something that other girls out there don't have and it is the pure intention from me. "*sigh* you should leave our world, Tzuyu. It's done for me and you. Your father is right, I cannot go back to life anymore, so you should wake up and know that." 

Elkie stood up and left me in the room without letting me speak.

I woke up from my seat and saw Chaeyoung beside me. "Yo, bro! Seems like you're dreaming huh? We're here already." I looked around and I saw Nayeon sitting on the shotgun seat beside my driver. Sana is seated beside Chaeyoung on the right side. We're currently using my Porsche Cayenne since I told them that we're going together at the event's place using only one car, and that's when I told them that we're using mine's. "What time is it?" I asked without paying attention to what Chaeyoung just said.

"It's already 4:11p.m sir." Nayeon responded. 

"We're too early. Well, at least we're not late." I said and looked at the car's window. The event will start at 5p.m.

Seems like Elkie wants me to move on from her too. How can I even do that? It's like she's the love of my life!

Sana...

Elkie wants me to treat her right. Why? I am not doing anything wrong to her though. What does she mean? Shouldn't I be the one who can answer that question?

I glanced at Sana but when I looked at her she quickly looked away. Then I suddenly remembered what happened to us last night.

*FLASHBACK*

Sana straddle on top of me while I am sitting leaning on her bed's headboard. This kind of scenario became a normal routine for us. We tend to act like a real couple even without anyone looking at us. "Tzuyu-ah, I think I am falling for you." She's what?

Sana hugged me while leaning her head on my chest.

I don't know what to respond. Do I like her as well? I don't think so. "Tzuyu-ah do you like me?" Why do I receive much confessions lately?

But Elkie you're all I want.

Now that I remembered my ex fiancé, I felt like I am cheating with her right now.

I pushed Sana a little bit to stop her from hugging me. I'm so sorry Sana.

She looked at me confused that made me sigh. I cannot say that I like her when Elkie is the only girl in my heart. Maybe the reason why I let Sana do things with me is because I find her as my distraction, plus she's just too seductive to resist. I can't stop myself.

"You don't like me, do you?" She asked  as she get off my lap and just sit on the bed looking at me.

I didn't respond to her. Instead, I stood up and was about to walk out of her room when she suddenly yell "I'm pregnant, Tzuyu! And you're the father of this child. You cannot say that this isn't yours because you're the only guy who fucked me. I... I'm sorry I didn't take the pills you bought because... because I forgot."

What?! I stood up frozen from what she just said. I'm going to be a father... With her child? "But I didn't regret it. I can see that you're going to be a good father to this child, Tzuyu-ah, and I hope I am right." I heard her sobbing so I clench my fist and gulped.

This can't be real, it's too early yet. "How'd you know you're pregnant?" I asked as I faced her while still standing.

She's crying.

"I... *sobs* I felt really dizzy a few days ago and started to vomit. So I sneak out to buy some pregnancy test kit since I knew what happened to us weeks ago." Shit, Sana! Shit!

"Why didn't you tell me immediately?" I asked wiping my face in frustration. "I-I'm just afraid that you're gonna abandon me." Of course not! I am not that kind of person. And besides we're arranged together, as if I can do anything else. Our parents already planned for this, they trusted me in this so there's no turning back.

I suddenly felt bad so I sit back on the bed and hugged her. "Shh stop crying now." I said comforting her, but instead of stopping from crying— she cried even more.

Elkie I'm sorry.

*END OF THE FLASHBACK*

"You guys can go inside now and start to entertain the guests. And you Sana— just stay here inside for a moment." I said as they all looked at me. "Now!" I said that made them hurry and went out of the car leaving us two inside.

We stayed silent for a couple seconds before I break it. Sana is just looking down so I held her chin making her face me. "After the event we're going to the hospital for your monthly check-ups okay?" I said while looking at her eyes. "You know if you don't want this baby we can just—" I didn't let her finish her words. I don't like her to abort the baby. I don't think thag it'll be a good idea. "No, I'll take the responsibilities." I said.

And maybe I can learn to love you as well.

If Elkie was still alive, she'd tell me that life is the most important thing here on earth so don't waste it.
