"Shut up!" I shouted.

BEEP - BEEP - BEEP

"AAAAAHHHH" I yelled pissed off.

I sat up in my bed to see where the bloody noise was coming from. I scanned my room and finally my gaze landed on the alarm clock next to my bed. I hit the snooze button and raised my eyebrows in confusion. I never set my alarm as my work starts at 5pm and today is Tuesday and I don't even work on Tuesday's...

I heard some noise coming from outside my room so I stumbled into the lounge room. Amber, Jess and Josh looked up from their spots on the couch. Jess was trying to keep a straight face but wasn't very successful as she soon bursted out in laughter.

"Jess, would you happen to know anything about my alarm clock going off this morning?" I asked.

"JOSH SET THE ALARM" She screamed.

"Hey!" Josh proclaimed "Jess, you were the one who made me do it because you know she can't stay mad at me".

"Jess" I huffed, shaking my head.

I made my way into the kitchen and placed two slices of toast in the toaster. I heard some footsteps and when I looked up Josh was standing next to me.

"You're not angry are you?" He asked concerned.

"Ha ha no. Annoyed at Jess for her devious plan, but not angry"

"Well that's my twin for you"

"Yep, good old Jess!"

"HEY! I'm not OLD" She shouted from out in the lounge room.

"YES YOU ARE JESS! YOU'RE OLDER THAN EVERYONE HERE, EVEN ME COS REMEMBER YOU WERE THE FIRST OUT OF OUR MOTHERS VA-" I covered Josh's mouth before he could say anything more.

"Lets try to get this G rated" I smiled.

"You're not that innocent you know. You have definitely done someone before and have made them reach their-" I covered his mouth again.

"Josh!" I shouted as he left the room chuckling.

My toast popped up from the toaster and I quickly put some jam on it before joining the others in the lounge. I took a bite of my toast and sat down on josh's lap.

"Aye!" he complained.

I lent back on him, making myself more comfortable. He swiftly took a piece of my toast and gulped it down.

"I guess that makes us even" I sighed, moving to sit down beside him.

"Why did you guys come over today? I inquired, making conversation.

"I'm sick of being in the flat all day doing nothing with Josh" Jess answered.

"So now you're going to be in our flat all day and do nothing with Josh, Destiny and I?" Amber questioned.

"Pretty much" Jess shrugged.

I turned my attention to the TV and started to watch it, well more like jam to it.....COME ON! IT WAS THE LOOP! WHO DOESN'T JAM TO IT? I started singing along to all the music videos that came on.

I turned my head to see Amber covering her ears and scrunching up her face along with Jess. When I looked to my left Josh was texting and smiling down at his phone like an idiot.

SMILING AT HIS PHONE LIKE AN IDIOT? THAT CAN ONLY MEAN ONE GOLLY GOSH THING! JOSHIE HAS FOUND HIMSELF A GIRL!!!!!!

I quickly snatched the phone out of the bewildered Josh's hands before running to the bathroom and locking the door so no one could get in. I started to read his texts from some girl named Hannah:

Hi Josh,

Yes, I can't believe that Mr. Fizzler finally cracked it at Steph! I took him long enough though...all that girl ever does is disrupt the whole class and then she gets away with it because of her so called 'good looks'. It's awful how slutty girls are getting these days and how disrespectful guys are getting.

I then read Josh's reply:

Not all girls are like that and not all guys are like that either. I already know one example of a lovely girl that isn't slutty and doesn't want one night stands.

I needed to read the next message so I read on:

Who?

Next message:

You! Hannah would you maybe like to go see a movie with me tomorrow night?

And her reply was:

I'd love to

OH MY GOSH! JOSHUA ADAM DESSAN HAS GOTTEN HIMSELF A DATE!!!!

I unlocked the bathroom door and handed Josh his phone back.

"How much did you read?" He asked, embarrassed.

"Enough" I smirked.

"Our wittle Joshie got a date" I coed, ruffling his hair.
