The Goddess of Fidelity never thought she'd get to see outside of Asgard. She also never thought the God she grew to love would turn into the God he is now. However, now Y/n is an Avenger and grows stronger and stronger everyday. Little does she kno...

IT WAS QUIET, the soft chatters of the Asgardians and the prickle of the fire in front of them being the only thing that could be heard within the bar in the town of Asgard. The sun was up again, signaling it was a brand new day but it wasn't a happy brand new day like it usually was, even after Loki had been brought back after the battle in New York.
Sitting at the end of a table, Thor beside her, Y/n took sips on the Asgardian alcohol in the cups that laid in her hands. Her hair was still slightly messy from the battle between the Dark Elves that invaded their castle hours earlier. Thor had came down here and checked on her, knowing she'd most likely come here.
The God of Thunder was grieving himself about the loss of his mother, but he also knew his sister-figure was grieving as well. He knew Y/n thought of Frigga as her mother, as the girl never had one growing up. All she ever had was the her best friend, the girl she called her sister until they were separated.
As the God and Goddess sat there in silence, Thor occasionally taking glances at the Goddess of Fidelity, Heimdall had entered the bar, spotting the two and making his way towards them, taking a seat on the other side of Y/n, right across from Thor.
"You were not at Odin's war council." Thor recalls.
"The Bifrost is closed by your father's orders. No one is to come or to go." Heimdall informs, placing his helmet on the table. "We face an enemy that is invisible even to me. What use is a guardian such as that?"
"Malekith will return, you know this." Thor states as him and Y/n share a glance.
"Heimdall, we need your help." Y/n admits.
Though she wasn't at the war council with Fandral and Volstagg when Thor interrupted, arguing with his father as the king had locked Jane up, she knew the conversation they had because the God of Thunder had told her everything. And she agreed to it. She couldn't help but think that Malekith needed to be defeated.
"I cannot overrule my king's wishes. Not even for you two." Heimdall protests.
"We're not asking you to. The realms need their Allfather strong and unchallenged whether he is or not. But he is blinded, Heimdall by hatred and by grief." Thor tells the God.
"As are we all." Heimdall reminds.
"Thor and I both see clearly enough." Y/n intervenes.
"The risks are too great." Heimdall states.
"Everything we do from here on is a risk. There is no other way." Thor argues.
Heimdall glances between the two. "What do you two require of me?"
