The Goddess of Fidelity never thought she'd get to see outside of Asgard. She also never thought the God she grew to love would turn into the God he is now. However, now Y/n is an Avenger and grows stronger and stronger everyday. Little does she kno...

LIKE USUAL, the galaxy was dark as the stars could be seen all around while the many ships flew in the galaxy, the many planets being seen all around with many different humans and other types of creatures living on it, having no idea what had just happened to a certain kingdom and the people were now living in the galaxy for the moment until they'd find somewhere else to go and live. The occasional space rocks could be seen as they floated in the place that had no gravity in it, unlike Earth and the many other planets all around.
A large ship could be seen full of the civilians of Asgard as they grieved over the loss of their home that all of them had lived on for their entire lives until it was destroyed because their king had died and the Goddess of Death was finally able to enter the kingdom and have her powers gained even more until the crown that belonged to Surtur had been connected back to the creature and he was able to do what a prophecy that almost everyone in Asgard knew of and destroy the kingdom, something that he had been waiting years and years for until he would finally able to die peacefully once he knew that he had done what the prophecy said and destroyed Asgard, and luckily, not killing the people in it.
Inside the large ship, Y/n could be seen staring at herself in the mirror, running her fingerless glove covered hands through her h/c locks. Her and Loki had been able to get on the ship once they brought the ship they escaped in closer and the civilians all welcomed the Goddess of Fidelity way more than the God of Mischief, but Heimdall had greeted both while also having given a welcoming hug to the Goddess.
As she Asgardian stared at herself, the sound of a knock on the other side of the door caught her attention, her voice calling out as she let the person know they could come right in. The door opened and through the mirror, Loki's face came into her view as he stepped inside the room, closing the door behind him, a small smile on his face as he greeted her. What he didn't expect was for her to smile back a sad smile as she turned around, leaning against the counter she had been resting her hands on.
"What are you doing?" Y/n asks with a sigh.
Loki shrugs. "I just wanted to see how you were doing. You've been in here for a while. Are you alright?"
"I don't know." Y/n whispers, glancing down at her feet. "The only home that ever welcomed me is now destroyed."
"Well, I mean... it's like Thor said. Asgard isn't a place, it's a people." Loki reminds with a small smile, receiving a slight chuckle. "You know, now that you mention home, you never told me where you lived before you came to Asgard. Actually, you never told me much about your past before you came here. I think only my mother knew."
"It wasn't really the place that was home, I guess. It was a person." Y/n recalls, memories playing through her mind. "I never knew my real parents. I didn't know much people, but there was one person who became close to me. She was my best friend. We were only kids when we met and she was... mischievous, just like you. She was my home. One day, we were playing when these people had tried to take her, claiming she was... arrested. I was trying to stop them and they took me as well. They put us in these suits and separated us. She never had much friends. We only had each other. When they put me in this room, I had been begging to know where she was and they told me she left. She left me there. All alone. It wasn't long after that I let my anger get the best of me and I escaped, and that's how I got into the garden."
By the time she had finished, a tear or so fell down her cheek but she had been quick to wipe it away. Ever since she had been abandoned by her best friend, she felt weak for having begged and begged and she never wanted to feel weak again. And Loki knew that. He was one of the only people to see her cry, but it wasn't often as she'd hold her tears back, even in front of him.
Stepping forward, the God of Mischief wrapped his arms around her, feeling her tense before he felt her hug back, head resting on her shoulder. But even still, she held back her sadness. When they pulled away, Loki's hands came up and cupped her cheeks, his thumb caressing her skin and when Y/n saw him glance down at her lips, she was quick to put her hand on his lips when he leaned forward a bit.
"Don't." Y/n demands in a whisper, making him look at her in confusion. "Not yet. Give me time. Give me time to trust you again. Even after you helped us, I still don't trust you fully. So, please. Just give me time."
Loki smiles. "I'll wait as long as I have to. All I care about is that you're ready and comfortable."
The Goddess smiles at his words, remembering the time years ago when he had asked her to be his queen back when Thor had been banished to Earth and she had pleaded for some time to think about it. Taking a hand off her cheek, Loki grabs her hand that had moved a bit from his lips, pressing a soft kiss on her palm as they smiled at each other.

The main area of the large ship was crowded with the citizens of Asgard as they all looked at the God of Thunder that was walking by them, a patch now over his right eye that he had lost from his own sister. As she stood beside Valkyrie, Y/n couldn't help but think that he looked a bit like his father, the once king of Asgard having lost the same eye and wore a patch on it for years that she's known him. The crowd all found themselves bowing down to the god who they think have saved them and with the help of his team.
At the front, the Hulk stood on the other side of the Goddess of Fidelity while across from them stood Heimdall and Korg, none of them saying a word as they watched Thor make his way up and slowly sit down on the seat that Valkyrie claimed was his throne, all while Loki entered the room and stood right beside Y/n, eyes looking to his brother, not feeling the jealously he had always felt towards the God of Thunder, only feeling pride for the blonde.
"So. King of Asgard." Heimdall speaks up as Thor looks over his shoulder and gives a small wave to his people. "Where to?"
Thor shrugs. "I'm not sure. Any suggestions? Miek, where are you from?"
"Oh, Miek's dead." Korg informs, pointing at the creature he had been holding. "Yeah, no, I accidentally stomped on him on the bridge. I've just felt so guilty, I've been carrying him around all day."
Just then, the sounds of the creature the Kronan was holding could be heard as it moved, showing that it was alive and Korg hadn't accidentally stepped on him during their fight on the bridge. This had Korg fill with happiness, the guilt going away as he realized that he hadn't killed one of the friends he had made back on Sakaar.
"Miek, you're alive! He's alive, guys." Korg calls out before looking back to the blonde. "What was your question again, bro?"
Not responding to his question, the God of Thunder looks at the others as they had been watching the interaction before they looked back at their new king as he soon looked at the galaxy ahead of him, thinking of something his father had said to him about Asgard becoming a home somewhere else.
