Family Day

Auradon Prep - Courtyard

The next morning it was now Family Day, the day where the students would get to spend the day with families and there's a big party and tons of fun things to do.

Ben was currently doing a performance of the song Be Our Guest with the other students like Audrey, Chad, Lonnie and Doug.

Ben walked forward through an aisle of people. ♫Ma chère Mademoiselle, it is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you tonight.♫ Everyone was bouncing to the beat, including the crowd. ♫And now we invite you to relax / Let us pull up a chair as the dining room proudly presents, your dinner.♫

While the girls were leaning from side to side, they were smiling and doing acapella. ♫Be out guest, be our guest / Put our service to the test / Tie your napkin around your neck, chérie / And we'll provide the rest / That's right / Soup du jour, hot hors d'oeuvres / Why we only live to serve.♫ Ben twirled around the napkin he was holding, before tossing it to a girl, who caught it and squealed. ♫Try the gray stuff / It's delicious / All right / Don't believe me? / Ask the dishes / Yeah.♫

Ben, Chad, Doug and a few other students gathered around, all bopping in place.

Ben smiled. ♫They can sing, sing, sing / They can dance, dance, dance / After all, Miss, this is France / And a dinner here is never, never second best / Come on, go on, unfold your menu / Go on, take a glance and then you'll be our guest / Be our guest / Be our guest.♫

The boys did little leans in front of them, to the side, and behind them. ♫Yeah, yeah, come on / Yeah.♫ Fairy Godmother was dancing about, smiling and laughing, bumping her hip against Jane's who was next to her. Jane wasn't happy about that. ♫Be our guest, be our guest / Yeah, yeah.♫

Mal, Evie, Jay and Carlos arrived, standing on the balcony above everyone. Carlos was holding Dude. ♫We tell jokes, we do tricks with my fellow candlesticks / And it's all in perfect taste that you can bet.♫ Ben, Audrey, Chad, Doug and Lonnie all sang, waving their arms over their heads from side to side. ♫Come on and lift your glass / You've won your own free pass to be our guest.♫

Evie, Mal, Jay and Carlos all walked down from the balcony, joining the others down below. ♫If you're stressed, it's fine dining we suggest.♫

Ben, Audrey, Chad, Doug and Lonnie all sang, ♫Be our guest, be our guest, be our guest / Yeah / Yeah, come on / Be our guest, be our guest / Come on, come on / Be our guest!♫

When they finished the song, everyone cheered. Ben, Audrey, Chad, Doug and Lonnie smiled, all taking a bow.

Carlos handed Dude to Evie so he and Jay could enjoy the chocolate fountain. Mal and Evie walked past a food table and Mal grabbed a strawberry.

Scott who was talking with Conner and Ethan, saw Carlos and Jay hogging the chocolate fountain. "I'll be right back." Scott walked over to Jay and Carlos, the former having chocolate all over his face again as they were stuffing their faces with chocolate covered fruit and treats, and Jay then licked some chocolate off the fountain. "Carlos, Jay don't hog all the chocolate." Scott skewered a cereal treat, dipped in the chocolate fountain and then ate it. "Now Carlos, clean yourself up. There's some people I want you guys to meet." After Carlos cleaned himself up the three boys walked over to where Tommy and Hayley were. "Evie!" Scott called getting Evie's attention. Evie smiled seeing Scott. "Over here." Evie smiled and walked over to Scott.
