Silence was filled in the room , Darnel holding onto her hand tightly, his big thumb gently caressing the back of her hand .
" come closer " Babi softly asked .
He pulled him self abit closer to her .
" lay down next to me please " she softly requested , still not satisfied by the space and distance between them .
" you have wounds B , I know your body must be aching and pained  " Darnel painfully said .
" my heart is more pained by the distance " Babi painfully said
" I need you close , I need.....
Before she said more , Darnel was already laying down next her . He laid on his side facing her, tears in his eyes as he slowly passed his hand over her body , he still was feeling very terrible of her being hit the way she was .
" I am feeling way better " Babi sobbed .
Seeing the tears in Darnel's eyes making her cry .

" you must be dumb , you more worried about me than you who killed someone" Babi said as tears flowed .
Darnel chuckled a bit with her 
" your right, I must be dumb " Darnel smiled
" I don't regret anything Sky , I really don't,  I can do that again " Darnel sadly said
" I only regret not...."
" shhhh" Babi stopped him immediately from saying anything more
" I am here now, not raped, not so badly hurt because of you, the only reason why the doctors made those many tests is because I had alot of stomach pain,  that's it " she comforted him trying to stop him from blaming himself. 
" just like how you protected me today , you will always protect me ."Babi assured
She knew that today's incident would roam in his head, thinking of the days to come ahead. 
Darnel gently kissed her on the forehead head , looking into her eyes.

" I know your worried about me but am more than fine" Darnel softly said
" you are the one that got hurt,  you are the one going through tones on pain,  I am here to comfort you not to comfort me " Darnel softly said
Tears flooded in her eyes , looking into his eyes
" you don't have to pretend to be fine love , tell me where it hurts , show me how scared you are , so I can be able to heal that pain " Darnel softly said . Tears rolled out to the sides of her eyes .
" it was so painful " she sobbed.
" I was scared of being molested by him , my whole stomach....." she failed to say more just weeping and sobbing , she was pretending to be so fine and strong , then from his words became so vulnerable. Darnel held her tight , giving her gentle kisses and cleaning her tears.
" it's okay love "
" I am sorry you have had to go through this " Darnel comforted .

" what scared me more , was you.....I was worried you might have to face criminal charges , I am sacred that this might be another one of your scars that will haunt you later " Babi sobbed.
It really was so lovely how they both put each other before themselves, worried about how each of them might be hurt and feeling before their own at the some time being each others support and comfort systems.
" I want you to forget this night, I will do everything possible to erase this horror from your head . I am going to fill you with love and safety to forget all this " Darnel assured
" and you should know,  I am fine ...i am so fine when you are fine . ......I get more hurt when you are keeping that pain in" Darnel softly said . Babi held him closer , sobbing in his chest , Darnel doing everything possible to comfort her .

" I just want to make sure she is fine and peacefully sleeping " Nancy approached Babi's hospital room with Mr Wood .
They both stood by the window looking in . Nancy turned quietly and confused facing Mr Wood . Not sure what she was seeing,  she turned back to look through the window another time . Babi being held by a guy ..no actually they are closely sleeping next to each other , cuddling . Nancy turned back facing Mr Wood.
" is that J " Nancy very surprised and confused asked
Not seeing the guy's face , she could only and naturally conclude like that cause J is the only guy she has heard of in Babi's life .
" is it someone else " Nancy asked confused.
Mr Wood looked at her not sure of what to tell her , as much as he knew and could guess that it's Darnel but Nancy doesn't know that yet neither have Babi and Darnel gotten ready to tell her .
