Today is finally here! It's graduation time (come on!)!!
If anyone got that song reference, comment #Haleb
Everyone knows about us now. It's been about 2 months since we told the girls though.
I meet up with Caleb at the brew for a pre-graduation coffee.
"I'm so glad I have you, Caleb," I say.
Yeah we're going to the same college. Literally hashtag blessed right now! Uhhhh Instagram is taking over my internet life...
"Happy graduation, Han," he smiles, "I feel like I've known you for ages but yet, so little. We should do a life story session you know?"
We both laugh.
"Actually, thinking about it, it's not actually a bad idea," I say.
We laugh. Again.
Omg his laugh is so cuteee!!!
------------------------------------------
It's graduation.
It's graduation.
Omg.
"Hanna Marin!"
I stand up, walk to the front and start my speech.
"Um, hi guys. As you might know, my life recently has been a hell of a ride on an emotional roller coaster. I saw my boyfriend in hospital. Twice. I saw him wounded, I saw him bleeding and I saw him unconscious. I didn't see him for a month and my eyes were puffy as a ball of cotton wool but through all this, he helped me to stay strong. If not his presence, than his spirit. And his memory. I am thankful for that. Thank you." I smile. In truth, when all of that happened I broke down crying. But that wouldn't be a very good thing to say right now.
My mum is crying. Even my bitchy step sister-Kate- was there and looked a right state. I saw Caleb beaming at me in the audience and I winked.
-------------------------------------------
When graduation was over all our families, even Caleb's, went out for a graduation dinner. We had a blast, talked about our future and, obviously, ate.
Mine and Caleb's families got on exceptionally well and we were beyond happy.
------------------------------------------
Caleb stayed the night afterwards and we were up til morning watching movies.
-------------------------------------------
"Morning beautiful," he grins as I wake up.
"Hey babe," I say sleepily, "It's too earlyyyyy."
He laughs, "If you were to wake up at 1 in the afternoon you'd still say it's too early! C'mon Han I wanna have a fun day today! Let's go to the park or have a picnic or something."
"Okay babe," I pry my eyes open and slide down the bed and onto my fluffy carpet, "Can you make breakfast I'm hungry?"
"Sure, Han," he says, gives me a smile and walks downstairs.
I follow him.
------------------------------------------
"Oh it's a lovely day," I say to him as we walk to the park.
"It's really warm too," he lays down the picnic blanket and we set the basket, with our fruit and sandwiches in, on it.
We watch the kids play happily on the slides and swings.
I say, "Imagine watching a mini Hanna and a mini Caleb do those things."
"They would look adorable!" he smiles, "Just like you."
Heyyyyyy guys! Thanks for reading. Hope you enjoyed! I'm going to leave this book at a cliffhanger in a few chapters but, don't worry, it's not a bad one! All I can say is: peace out readers!! :)
