LONDON

3RD PERSON POV

"Thank God! Finally some equipment I can work with" Tej exclaimed as he turned around looking at his new set of computers and keyboards. "What up boy?" Roman said as he fist-bumped Han. "This is way better than that trash in Rio" Tej groaned again. 

"Way better" Gisele spoke as she examined her gun and so did Brian. 

"You sure about these guys?" Riley spoke. Riley and Hobbs got out of the elevator. "Nope" Hobbs spoke. "Has anybody heard from Leo or Santos?" Brian asked the crew. "Last time anyone saw them, they were hitting up the casinos in Monte Carlo" Han answered. 

"Has anyone heard from Em? I tried calling her but she's not answering" Brian asked. "I thought she was here" Roman spoke. "Or was going to be here"

"Last time, I heard from Em. She got into a car accident" Han spoke. Brian looked confused. "Tej, what about you?" Brian asked. "Nope nada. She stopped contacting me a few days ago. I even called her work phone, they told me she hasn't been to work for a few days" Tej spoke. "Something is wrong" Brian said, he could feel it. "What do you mean?" Gisele asked. 

"It's not like her to just disappear out of nowhere" Brian spoke.

"I thought that was our last job, Brian and who's paying for all this equipment? The taxpayers? So now we work for the Hulk? That's what we're doing? Why do I smell baby oil?" Roman exclaimed.

"If you keep running your piehole, you're going to smell an ass-kicking" Hobbs said as he walked behind Roman, scaring him. 

"Alright Hobbs, you got the best crew in the world standing right in front of you. Give them a reason to stay" Dom said. 

"Our target is Owen Shaw. Former major in the S.A.S, Spec-ops soldier. He ran the UK's mobility Division in Kabul and Basra" Hobbs gave the intel. "Oh damn. That mobility unit's the truth. We're talking vehicular warfare. Best in the world. Those guys don't mess around" Tej spoke as he walked towards the group. 

"You got some chips?" Roman whispered at Han. Han then showed the packet, flipping it upside down to show that he had none left. "For years, they've been running jobs in Europe, but it's their most recent jobs that graduated them to a whole new level. Three targets, highly specific. The program terminal from an ICBM missile..." Hobbs continued to read as Roman asked Tej for any change. 

"Got a little change?" He whispered. "Seriously? You're a millionaire, and you're still trying to ask for money?" Tej said as he gave him some change. "That's how you stay a millionaire" Roman said as he walked off towards the vending machine. 

"So what does this all mean?" Brian asked. "Well our best guess is that Shaw's crew is building a Nightshade device" Hobbs said. "Which is?" Gisele asked. "A tech bomb" Riley answered. "Designed to block an entire military communication grid for 24 hours" 

"If you blind a soldier for a single second in the middle of a fight, he dies. If you blind a country for 24 hours, the loss of life is unthinkable. This is gonna be worth billions to the right buyer" Hobbs said as everyone was shocked. 

"Billions? Why don't we just steal that shit?" Tej asked. Good thinking, Tej. "Hey man. Which one of these things is a dollar? It says something about..." Roman said and with that... Hobbs grabbed out his gun and shot at the vending machine. Causing the glass to break and everything falling out. "It's on the house" Hobbs spoke. 

"I want you to help me catch Shaw. He's only got one piece left that he needs and I intend to stop him before he gets it. Now I know you guys are a family. So I'm offering you a chance right now to make that family whole again" Hobbs said as he placed a picture of Letty on the table. 

"Oh and brace yourselves for this. This was taken yesterday" Hobbs said as he placed a photo of Letty and Emma together onto the table. "Holy shit" Roman said. Brian almost had tears in his eyes. His sister? Working for Shaw?

Dom walked over to the table and saw the pictures, he was speechless. Tej stood there frozen. He had thought his girlfriend had ghosted him this whole time but turns out she had been working for the opposing team but little did they know. She was just there to get Letty, to stay undercover, to bring her back home.

To bring her back to her family.

"You want to make this family whole again? Get us to Em and Letty, we'll get you Shaw full pardons all the way around" Brian offered. "I can't promise you that" Hobbs said. 

"Yes you can" Brian said with a stern look. He wanted to get his sister back."That's the deal" Dom said as he stood by Brian. "Take it or leave it" 

The whole team stared at Hobbs and his little side-chick. 

"You get me Shaw and I'll get your pardons" Hobbs said. Everyone nodded. "What do you think Tej?" Brian asked his sister's boyfriend. "What do I think? I think we should get my girl back" Tej said as he was for sure missing his girlfriend. "You heard him but this is different. We're not dealing with cops, we're not dealing with drug dealers. This is a whole different level" Brian said. 

"We're getting paid right?"
