Dan:
You two had just parked out the front of your parents house. He was hyperventalating, and he kinda looked like he was going to vomit.
"I'm going to be sick." He said walking up to the front door.
"Oh my gosh Dan, babe calm down." You said laughing
"I just don't want to lose you." He said frowning
You knocked on the door, and after waiting a little while your mum answered the door.
"Oh hello Dan, it's nice to meet you." Your mum said smiling and shaking his hand
"It's nice to meet you two Mrs Y/L/N." He said pulling his hand away
"Oh please call me Y/M/N."
You both followed your mum into your old house. You smiled as all the memories rushed back into your mind.
You walked into the dining room, you saw your dad, Y/D/N and your sister, Y/S/N.
"Hey Y/N. How have you been? Oh hey, you must be Dan." She said shaking his hand
"I've been good, great actually." You said
You sat down at the table in between Dan and Y/S/N. You began chatting and Dan really hit it off.
You parents weren't very up tight. In fact they weren't uptight at all. Your dad was telling dirty jokes, your mun laughing and telling him to stop.
After dinner you all just sat there and chatted.
"So Dan, tell us, what do you do for a living?" Your mum asked
You new since you were a youtuber, that she wouldn't mind and neither would your dad.
"I actually do the same thing as Y/N."
They smiled at him and nodded.
"Ah yes, before Y/N met you. She used to watch your videos, I remember now. She used t-."
"I'm going to stop you there." You said cutting you off
"Oh no do go on." Dan said laughing slightly
"Well she never shut up about you, and your friend Phil of course, but mostly you. Also her iPad was full off pictures of just you and Phil. But again mostly you." She said laughing
You hid your face and giggled at yourself.
"Really? She never told me that." He said lauging
"Yeah, for a good reason." You said your face red
Phil:
Phil was nervous. More nervous than you had ever seen him.
You parents were really strict and you told him to be on his best behaviour, and not say anything stupid.
Your plan was that if they didn't like him, you weren't even going to argue. You were hust going to walk out.
You pulled up in your old driveway and smiled at the memories.
You went and knocked on your front door, a little while later your dad opened the door.
"Hello Y/N. How are you dear?" He asked
"I'm good." You said smiling
"Ah, and you must be Phil." He said smiling down at him
"Yes sir." He said smiling back up at him
"How are you?" He said
"I'm great, thanks." He said
"Please, come in." Your dad said
You walked in to see your mum sitting at the table.
"Hey mum." You said smiling
"Hello dear."
You ate dinner in silence. But after dinner finished all hell broke lose.
"May I use the bathroom?" Phil asked politely
"Of course. Down the end of that hallway on the left." Your dad answered
Phil walked off to the toilet and you heard the door close.
"So, what do you think off him." You asked
"Y/N, we really like him. We just don't think he can provide for you, and maybe even one day a family." Your mum said
"Excuse me? He has the same job as me?" You asked confused
"Yes, but we dont really like you have that 'job' either." Your dad said putting bunny ears on the word job
"Oh my god! At least i'm not some boring lawyer, at least I have a job that I love." You said raising your voice slightly
Phil walked out after you said that.
"Phil, we're leaving. I don't need this right now. I'll talk to you two in a couple of days." You said standing up and walking out
