𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝟰The Booker Brothas purchased an entire shopping center that's been outta business for years. That location able to accommodate ten businesses—one of those up-and-running spots being their family's dispensary, BKR. Next up was their cigar lounge to add into the Booker Shopping Center directory.
The huge parking lot was empty during the early morning as De's GMC pulled into a empty spot, parking ahead of the soon-to-open business B3 Cigar Lounge. Getting out with he and his brother's Reebok collaboration sneakers touching the resurfaced pavement, De glanced around and notice the four coming soon signs on a couple of the empty stores. He yawned, feeling the after effects of a long night in a studio session. But since he was still in Long Beach he decided to pull up on his brother at the cigar lounge.
Seeing the Porsche Panamera, De knows his baby brotha was where he's been for the past few months night and day. Clothed in a TUFF CROWD sweatsuit he approached the entrance door with the decal on it with the logo, opening hours, and social media tags. It was unlocked, so he walked straight in with the bell notifying his entrance.
De hasn't been there for a while with studio sessions getting in the way and whenever he did pop up it was still under heavy construction. But now it was fully finished. De admired that the brother's mood board they worked on with the interior designer came to fruition. The brothers wanted a cohesive, sleek, and sophisticated lounge and patio. They didn't want to make it too mannish, wanting the space to invite women in to feel free and comfortable to vibe.
That once empty shell was fully renovated into a contemporary Art Deco. He's only a few steps past the front door and there was the black and gold-flecked accent wall that sets a luxurious tone for the rest of the cigar lounge, meshing well with the gold product display with its backlighting. The black shelves in the built-in humidor just off the entrance lined the walls, from floor to ceiling, were empty, awaiting the cigar product to arrive for the grand opening.
De pushes forward, along the light wood flooring throughout, reaching the main room; home of the lounge and bar. That's where more of their lounge ideas became reality. The the middle of the space, anchored by a rustic wine bottle chandelier, is a spacious bar table and stools. A mirrored U-shaped sitting areas flank this main room arrangement. Each features a studded leather sofa, two matching armchairs, and a coffee table.
