𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝟭𝟳"𝐇𝐄 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐖 𝐖𝐇𝐘 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄?"
Inside the exam room, swinging her legs with the Volt Gold High Retros and slouch Nike socks on her feet, Jayla took her eyes off the rosewood pink wall and over to her sister sitting in the single seat in the corner. Juni dressed in the TUFF CROWD sweatsuit she borrowed from her sister, awaiting on a response to her question. To lazy to do her hair up, Juni had her long puff in a back ponytail and the crown wrapped wit a blue scarf.
Jayla started to answer, but her gaze went to Juni's footwear. They were tan suede, Reebok Ventilators with 'TUFF' and 'Crowd' on each heel. "Bitch, are those my shoes? And do not lie because they partnership with Reebok don't come out until November. Don't nobody got em, but us. Ours was exclusive."
"You left em at my shit," Juni chuckled, "I tried them on and look at that, they fit. These hoes nice fasho."
Jayla cut her eyes at Juni. "You coming outta my shoes after we leave. But no, he just think I'm here for a wellness check. I didn't want to tell him I'm here to see if I'm pregnant and come home and I'm not. I wanna be sure."
"Ask me, I think you are. So does Nana and Halmeoni." Juni stated and went on to reciting words in Korean, "Translation: if she wanna be pregnant by someone's man, let her. Halmeoni petty."
"That's really not funny and don't make sense because he my man as well. Fuck they opinion. They don't gotta be around me or my possibly child. Don't want that negative ass energy anyway."
"Oh, come on, Jayla. They talk shit, that's what they do. But will be soft for your baby. I mean, you're the only one bringing in the fifth generation. They gonna love the hell outta the baby."
"Too bad they won't be around it," Jayla said as a soft knock it the door and in walked her gynecologist, tall and deep brown skin, with her normally long locs salt and pepper and styled in a bob.
