I WAS so fucking horny that all I could think of as I mindlessly rearranged the papers on my desk, was riding Kian's dick to infinity.

Watching Kian dress up in the morning today had been a huge turn on. My mind, a fucking cinema, that persisted on replaying the way he'd held me down and fucked me so damn hard throughout the week in Paris. Honestly, if he hadn't eluded my attention earlier, I would have spread my legs wide open for him. Once or more than twice.

For goodness sake, I grumbled, when was that client in his office leaving?

"Jade! You're back!"

Pausing, I glanced up to see Sarah hurtling in my direction, a sheaf of documents grasped in her hands. All desire to hump my husband withered and in its stead, delight at seeing her took over.

"Sarah!" I exclaimed and stood, smoothing down the pencil skirt I wore.

She did a happy jig, her legs and arms flying. Before I could say another word, she was rounding the desk to hug me, the file she grasped, hanging off my back. Her flowery perfume tickled my nose when she relieved me from her tight clutches, her tone excited, "Where have you been?! It's been a month since I last saw you!"

I've been getting dicked down by our boss, a.k.a my husband and we've been at it for weeks now.

Of course I didn't tell her that. Instead, I shot her a playful grin. "I've been around."

Sarah laughed, a twinkle of mischief present in her striking green eyes. "Ah, I see that you're being vague. But girl you look good. Wherever you traveled to, definitely treated you right. Like you're literally glowing."

My grin widened further as I replied, "Thank you Sarah! And you look good too."

She did. Her blonde hair that was styled in a bun, a few tendrils escaping to frame her round face and her usual office uniform of skirts and blouse, all merged together to exude an air of elegance.

"Oh please." She rolled her eyes but her lips were curled up in a huge smile. "Work's been after my ass."

"As usual." Amused, I chuckled, leaning against my chair. "How's Ryan?"

Waving the files in a careless manner, she replied, "He's alive, although since Mr. Fields left, he's been as grumpy as a bear with a sore foot."

Just as she mentioned that, her watch beeped. She tossed a quick look down and then at me, an apologetic expression on her beautiful face. "That's my cue to leave. I have to photocopy these files ASAP before a certain someone has my head."

I started talking except she interjected, quick, eyes widened in surprise, "Is that a ring on your finger?! Girl, don't tell me you got married while you were away!"

Uh uh.

Fast, I pinned a mental reminder to hide my wedding ring away while working. Next, was me blurting out a lie I hoped won't bite me in my ass later on, "Nah. It's the ring my dad gave my mom the day he died. She gifted it to me on his death anniversary last week."

Sarah sobered immediately, shoulders hunching down in sympathy. "Oh, my condolences, Jade. I'm so sorry I thought otherwise."

"It's fine." Outwards, I plastered a sad look on my face while inwards, I cursed myself for lying to her.

Nodding, she spared me a side hug before she left. The moment she dashed down the hallway, the businessman man who had been present in Kian's office, exited. He acknowledged my presence with a nod of his bald head, before he departed from my sight, briefcase in hand.
