A/N. Reviews!

"Oops Oops the enemies and the Monster Traps have already started, a more Exciting adventure each time advancing little by little and the random dangers would have given me tenderness and percy I would have had a pet like a Blackjack but as a parrot hahaha, I want to see more adventures and like percy and his troupe they overcome them with casualties but overcoming them continue like this You're Great :D." -XPersaX

Blackjack as a parrot would definitely be interesting.

Chapter Seventeen

There was a storm on the horizon. Dark clouds had gathered on the horizon, and they were heading straight for it. The wind was blowing harder, carrying the scent of rain. The ocean responded to the wind with waves, which slammed against the hull of the Argo II, making the ship rock violently.

Percy grasped the railing as he slowly went down the stairs. The boat was rocking up and down, making him, a very experienced seafarer, stumble. He swayed as best he could with the ship. He made his way to the prow of the ship and grasped the railing. He looked forward and studied the horizon. Nothing but sea and storm clouds.

He grit his teeth as another wave slammed into the hull. The ship went over the wave and headed straight into the water. As the ship raised back up, another wave slammed itself into the ship, this one splashing over the prow and landing on the deck, drenching Percy. He wiped his hair from his eyes and wiped them.

He reached into the pocket of his pants and pulled out his spyglass. He put it to his eye and scanned the horizon once again. This time, something caught his eye. A craggy wall, just barely visible at the precipice of the storm. On top of the crags, while hard to make out, was a structure of some kind.

Percy lowered his spyglass and noted where it was. He walked carefully back to the poop deck and corrected for the craggy cliffs. Hopefully it would provide a nice place to wait out the storm.

As the crags came closer, Percy corrected the course to go around the island. He wanted to see if there was a better place to dock. And an easier way up to the structure. Climbing cliffs wasn't easy, and he didn't have full faith that every member of his crew could climb them.

As the Argo II followed the edge of the island, it came to a shore, where a wooden dock extended out to see like a hand reaching out. It was perfect. Though, it did raise some red flags. Why was there a dock out in a dangerous place of water where no one ever sailed?

He pulled into the dock and weighed the anchor. In good time too, since the storm had just reached them. The wind was picking up, the air smelled of petrichor, and drops started to fall from the sky. Percy went below deck. He went to every room and announced that he had found somewhere to wait out the storm. Only Leo decided to stay behind. 'The ship needed repairs from Charybdis', he said.

Percy placed the gangway in place and walked out onto the dock, the rain starting to pick up. It had darkened considerably in the time that it had taken him to get everyone. The rain was starting to pick up.
