He does love her.
He really truly loves her,
but he loves the bottle more. The kid, he's a very lonely child,
very different from most.
You can see he's worried.
You can see he's scared,
but he has absolutely no idea
how to fix it.The other kid –
vanity seems to be her best friend
and she can't seem to keep away
from the boys,
but I guess she just needs a distraction
from the family that's falling apart before her eyes.
Her heart aches for the crumbling life
she's clinging onto
and she knows that it's inevitable
that someday
she will eventually grow tired and leave. She –
A tired woman.
Tired of the bottled problem
she had promised to keep.
Tired of constantly
playing the bad guy to others,
because she has to hold on
to someone that lets go so easily.
Tired of playing a maid.
Tired of hating the life she chose
and tired of pretending that everything is alright.Finished –
Finished with this constant battle.Done –
Done with being there for people
that are never there for her.Seven days.
It took me seven days
to process the information
that most wouldn't see in a lifetime. It's an emotional roller coaster,
of seeing one thing on a face
and the opposite in their eyes. These people are sadly
some of
the strongest people
I've ever seenNot just anyone can seem so
together
when in reality
everything,
they've ever known is falling
apart.{ 2017 }
