Louis stares at Harry, just like he gad throughout the whole time when Harry had been telling Louis the story.

It expected that the shorter lad had been surprised at the reveal because, believe it or not, Louis had given up on believing that Harry was a breathing human being with actual feelings - yeah, wow.

But despite everything Louis is quiet, he doesn't know what to say.

After a short while of silence, he decided to speak up, "Why'd you tell me? Of all people, I mean - "

"'Cause I believe that you can actually understand me and..." The curly haired boy trails off now, shifting a little to his side so he can look at Louis, "And it's only fair to know why you have to pretend to be my boyfriend."

Louis not understanding speaks up questioiningly: "Because of your past?"

"Because of Henry." Louus doesn't speak up waiting for Harry to explain further. "Lately, he has been after me, he- he even managed to find me alone and asked me of another chance he tried
to - " Harry stops abruptly, swallowing as his Adam apple bops.

"Why didn't you hire anyone for the dating...?"

"Too risky, Lou..." and Louis decides to ignore the nickname slipping out of Harry's lips as he nods at the man's simple statement.

"It's not fair..." Is all Louis says as he looks at Harry's green eyes, noticing the way that he isn't hiding his feelings, Harry is being Harry - not Harry Styles, not the famous star that everyone gets to see everyday just Harry.

"Nobody said it was gonna be." Harry simply states his voice someway, sombre .

Louis looks up at the ceiling as he sighs, "I'm sorry." He says, not even sparing the curly haired man a glance the words rolling off of his toyng so easily and yet it is obvious that he meant it.

Harry looks at Louis' side. "What about?"

"For being like everyone else, I judged you way too fast, and I shouldn't have, so I'm sorry." Louis says simply as he closes his eyes.

Harry noticed the way that his eyelashes flutter closed and the way a few short strands of hair fall over his forehead, Harry notices the way that the man has a few creases on his face the stress having done its own thing at making him looking older than he already is.

"It's nothing." Harry says nonchalantly, his voice lowering into a whisper and his eyes remaining on Louis face.

"It is something to me then." The man's voice tells Harry that he is serious, and Louis may have not seen it, but Harry's lips tug up in a small smile.

"Well, you better get over it soon since you're my boyfriend now and all that, we're good..." Harry's smile grows a little ,"Sweetcheeks."

Louis opens an eye to look at Harry, "Never again."

"Sure, sweetcheeks."

"Sleep." Is all Louis says, and soon enough, Harry gets in a more comfortable position on his bed, shifting a little lower so he's now lying down next to Louis.

The room falls silent, but that's okay as both boys close their eyes.

"Goodnight, baby cakes. " says Louis, a smirk making its way on his lips, which makes Harry snort.

"Sweet dream, sweetcheeks."

Maybe this deal isn't going to be so hard to cope with is all Louis can think before sleep takes over, and he falls into a slumber.

The following morning, the first thing that Louis was met with is one of his arms draped over Harry's waist, and Harry's face tucked into Louis' chest.

Even though Louis may or may not have sworn that he would never wake up with Harry in the same bed, Louis just couldn't make himself pull away.

Harry's hair is spread on the pillow, the boy is tucked in the thick blanket, and from what Louis can see is how Harry's pink lips are a little pouted and how his eyelashes rest on his cheeks.

And no matter the fact that Louis doesn't want to accept it, Harry looks kind of cute.

Even just admitting of such a thing in his head makes Louis want to slap himself across the face.

With a sigh, Louis looks at his left, where his phone is placed on the nightstand.

He carefully reaches for his phone, trying not to wake Harry up.

The moment that he gets a hold of his phone, Louis checks the time.

11:28 AM

And just as Louis unlocks it, a message pops up on the screen.

Lea♡:
I got a doctors appointment want u to come
Plsss

Louis is quick to reply.

You:

???

Lea♡:

You:
Love you too x

With that, Louis turns off his phone, remembering his friends' illness and the worry creeping up to him, so he decides to push the negative thoughts away.

Just as he puts his phone down, Louis feels Harry move a little away from his chest.

"Rise and shine." Is all Louis says as he looks at Harry slowly opening his eyes.

"What time is it." And Holy shit, his voice, Louis might as well jump off the window right now.

"Eleven something."

Harry nods as he gets up. "I have to get ready for recording."

"New songs?"

Harry just looks at Louis with that familiar cold look that only seems to make Louis more annoyed with every passing minute.

"Maybe." Is all Harry says.

Louis looks at the curly haired man one last time, noticing the way that he has built his walls back up, any ounce of emotion that he may have shown Louis the night before being gone.

"Well, I need to go."

Harry doesn't even look at him as he raises a hand up in a wave, his back to Louis, "Sure."

With one last glance at the man's back, Louis shakes his head and leaves Harry's house.

'So maybe this deal won't be as easy to cope with after all', Louis just scoffs as he shuts the mansions big door.
