Last Will and Testament of Leandra Del Ann
I, Leandra Del Ann, residing at London (the rest of her address), being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all previous wills and codicils made by me.
I appoint Louis Tomlinson as the executor of this will. I trust him to carry out my wishes with care and diligence.
I hereby appoint Louis Tomlinson as the legal guardian of my beloved child, Gaia Del Ann, born on ________/__/__ . I know that Louis is a dear friend and will provide the love, care, and support that my child deserves. I ask that he take my child into his home and heart, ensuring their well-being and happiness.
I hereby declare that it is my wish and intention that my said child shall bear the surname of Tomlinson, and that my said guardian shall have the authority to effectuate this change through legal means, if necessary.
I bequeath all my property, both real and personal, to my child, Gaia Del Ann. I trust that Louis Tomlinson will manage these assets for the benefit and future of my child, using them wisely to provide for their needs and aspirations.
Any other matters not covered by this will shall be handled by my executor, Louis Tomlinson, in the best interest of my child.
