ZURIEL REEVE ROSCHEFORT
POINT OF VIEW"LADIES and gentlemen, we have just landed at Areno International Airport. Areno Midways welcomes you to Manila, Philippines. The local time is 9:30 AM. For your safety and the safety of those around you, please remain seated with your seat belt fastened until the fasten seat belt sign has been switched off."
The moment the passengers disembarked from the plane, I took off my leather jacket and hung it on my forearm. I pulled my luggage with me until I reached the arrival area, where I instantly noticed the person who would pick me up.
He was holding a white banner with my name on it— Zuriel Reeve, mon ami, welcome to the Philippines!
Napailing ako at balak siyang lagpasan nang bigla siyang tumalon papunta sa gawi 'ko. Everyone gasped when they saw him jump to hug me like a fucking gorilla. Damn it, Luhen!
"Luhen! What the fuck? Get off me!" I admonished, pushing him away from me.
He chuckled loudly. "I miss you, Mon ami!" he says before we start doing our handshake.
I flashed a quirky smile. "Même frère. How are you?"
"I'm good. Hanggang kailan ka pala dito?"
"Just a month," I answered shortly.
"Ang bilis naman, pre." he commented.
I shrugged. "I need to go back to France for another semester in culinary school. And I'm going to enter the Military soon,"
Tinapak niya ang balikat 'ko. "Nice. Bilib talaga ako sayo kaibigan," he says.
"So, where will you bring me for later?" I asked, smirking.
"Sa langit," he says, smirking and quickly inclined his arm on mine.
True to his words, Luhen really brought me to Heaven. . . Heaven's Prime Bar. Fuck this brute. He should bring me atleast to a pub, but he brought me to a cheap bar in Taguig instead.
Malakas na musika at mga taong umiinom ang sumalubong sa amin sa loob. The smell of alcohol and cigarettes lingered throughout the whole place. Thank God, at hindi pa masyadong masikip. The last thing I want to do ay ang makipagsiksikan sa mga tao.
My eyes narrowed when I spotted a familiar face on the ocean of people dancing on the dance floor. I stared at her for a moment, mulling where I saw that alluring face.
That beauty shouldn't be forgotten, Reeve! Think harder!
The longer I stared at her, the clearer I remembered where I first saw her face. Am I really seeing right now the debutant I attended almost five years ago?
I didn't look away and just stared at her, surveying her body, starting from her face down to her feet. I swallowed hard when I felt something stirred up on me.
She has fair skin that complements her olive green silk dress, making her shoulder and neck visible. Her face was heart-shaped, almond light brown eyes, long eyelashes, well-perfect nose, and cupid-shaped lips. Her hair is a shade of dark brown straight that reaches under her boobs. Then, her body is to die for, damn!
Her beauty is a temptation for a man like me. . . Her beauty is exceptionally alluring and immaculate.
My eyebrows raised when I saw her drinking liquor alongside her friends while dancing to the erotic music. I didn't know she had this wild side.
It's the opposite of how she look like.
When I saw her on the night of her debut, she look so innocent. We didn't talk even a bit, but she got my full attention when I saw her coming down the stairs wearing a shining olive green ball gown with her neat bun and light make-up that enhanced her features.
